The appraiser showed up late, did the appraisal however was only taking photos on his device and did not bother to measure each rooms dimensions. In my experience, a full appraisal includes verification of square footage of all interior spaces. He did photograph the exterior to a degree, however did not view the rear of the structure, the garage nor enter the attic for interior dimensions. He also did not measure the lot of size, nor the large upper or lower decks/patios. I feel that the appraisal has several discrepancies that should and could have been corrected, as I have found that the discrepancies actually exist prior to hiring the company and that they may negatively affect the fair market value of the property which is a heritage home in my neighborhood. The value given and recorded as a result is a little lower than it should be as a result of the inadequate appraisal I received. The price for the service was fair, but the quality of the work was unsatisfactory. I also had difficulty getting the printed color full appraisal after completion and had to call several times before finally receiving an email copy. I then paid the invoice and asked for my copy to be mailed. I did not receive it and began calling to ask for the actual printed appraisal as I needed it for the purchase of the home. This went on for a few weeks, and he eventually told me he would check to see had it been mailed. I then began leaving messages and NEVER RECEIVED THE PAPER APPRAISAL.

Was supposed to appraise 2 properties but completed only one. Did not respond to emails.

Job completed, however, was promised finished report in 6 days after viewing property, after numerous texts and call, was promised it next day, FINALLY 18 days later was received. Wouldnt recommend if you want it as promised.

Jeff did the home evaluation on Nov 8th. He told me that he was going to give me the report within 5 days. Two weeks passed by I still have not received report. I'm very disappointed. I could have hired someone else if I knew that Jeff Caruso is so unaccountable.
