my computer ended up in worse shape than before

very well, but didn't inform us that factory installed screen would be inoperable.

It went very well and the serviceman was extremely patient with all of our questions. All of this was done for my elderly parents who are not familiar with much technology of this nature.

Arrived promptly. Brought shoe covers to keep my carpeting clean. Clean and neat appearance. Gave me some of his work experience. Worked efficiently. Worth every penny to a computer dinosar, like myself

Extremely well. He corrected the port connection. Downloaded new software for the old printer. Then installed the new printer.

Great. Mike was friendly, attentive, professional and patient. He was thorough in making sure I understood how to use the controls and all the features. He actually made me perform certain functions to make sure I got it.

The Installer was very professional and had the work done as promised. We love our new tv.

We have Direct TV coming next week.....and will determine if the problem is theirs or Best Buy

Wonderful! We had messed the programming on the harmony pretty bad. They were very polite. Did a great job.

George called about two hours before our scheduled appointment saying that he was finished with his last job and could come early, if we would like him to. That was fine with us. George connected our new tv and blue ray player to our existing set up. He then taught us how to use both pieces of equipment! George gave us his card and asked us to call him if we needed more help. We did call the next day and he talked us through the steps we had forgotten. He was very personable and patient with us.

It went very well. We are seniors aged 90 and 74. By the time he finished we were able to navigate easily and understood how to use each of the remotes. He was very patient and explained every thing as many times as necessary. He gave us his card and said we could call with any further question. .

They kept the new unit for over a week. They never told us that we needed to make an appointment to bring our computer in. We had to stand in line for over an hour to even have them look at it.

I bought the floor model and they never told me there was no instruction booklet. I cannot find one online to buy or reference. So I have to struggle to figure the system out myself. We had called and asked about the manual and was told there was none and didnt refer me to anyone where I could find the correct manual.

Picked out two different programs and asked an associate about the details. He answered yes to all my questions and I felt I had a great deal. I had a 100.00 off coupon from previous purchase then opened a credit card and received another coupon for 35.00 off. When I opened the program and used it I found there was no photoshop and the drawing program was like something I already had. It was basically useless. I assumed I couldn't return item because of it being opened. Since I had the discount I see it as I didn't lose the full price but was out what I spent which was 105.00.

They were prompt and thorough. They were neat as well - very knowledgable.

I will use them again in the future.

It was a terrible experience.We had a two year contract with them for a cpmputer that we bought for our daughter. I sent the computer into them at leat 4 times and we delt with them for about a year. They ended up just giving us money and we had to buy the computer from them in the end.

My experience with them was good. They were very informative and knowledgeable. I don’t think I paid anything for the work because it was all under warranty. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

Although I had to wait two weeks for an appointment, it was well worth the wait. The technician did an excellent job. He arrived on time. He worked quickly. He discussed with me what had been done. He left me follow-up information, which included his contact information.

They were going to charge me $100.00 to look at my computer. He then said that if it needed work than they would deduct that from the price. They told me that I could update the computer for less than what it would cost me to fix it. He told me that if it were him he would go that route, and he explained it to me. He said that my computer was outdated, and that he wouldn't charge me.

Geek Squad can always fix my computers. They are good about communicating with me. They show up on time for their appointments. The last time it was rather expensive, but I had them install an external hard drive for me. I think that overall the prices are a little on the high side, however they come out to my home to do the work and they always get it fixed.

I used Geek Squad out of Best Buy. The person that came out did a great job and repaired the problem. I had a problem with the billing. We were billed twice and I couldn't get them to respond. I finally had to get the credit card company involved to resolve the problem. My husband used the credit card unbeknownst to me and I wrote a check. Chase Bank finally solved the problem for me. I won't use them again.

The person who came to fix the computer (Michael Stein) had the repair done in less than one hour! The Geed Squad is great! They know exactly what they're doing. It has been approximately three months since the repair and we have had no problems.
