We have used them before and they are a bit higher priced but never had any problems with them. Very thorough with any details about anything that needs changed that we are unaware of, they are very easy to work with. Did a very nice job. They have also done our kitchen and also some flooring. We continue to use them again and again. We will be using them again for the basement too.

I would not use this company if it is going to be so hard to get in touch with them. What if you will have a question about the work they are going to do - will they ever call back....? Will they be this slow in doing the work?

Communication and response to problems was good. We had an excellent job supervisor (Joe Koly) who was knowledgeable, conscientious, and responsive. Their design was more creative than other companies which I think is their strong point. Leslie, in their design unit gave me a lot of help coordinating colors, especially with tile and Corina. Their tile supplier, Concept Floors, had an excellent tile installer (ask for Kirk) which really made the difference in the whole look. That all being said, there were some problems. They were primarily plumbing problems, two or three which did not have to happen if the time and care was taken the first time around. But, again, the company responded immediately to correct them. Also, we were doing the painting both inside and outside ourselves and were not given the opportunity to paint the backside of the cedar siding as the instructions on the lumber stated. Also, this is our first experience with a contractor for this expensive a job.

Shelly, the project designer with whom we worked, was fantastic. She has great ideas and is really organized. The bathrooms are really beautiful. The follow up from Bennett Dover was great as well. We had a few problems a year later, and they came and fixed them for us! Joe, the project manager, was great and really responsive too. They definitely cost more than other companies, but if you don't want to have to micromanage the job, it is probably worth it. The punch date ran last, as they used a subcontractor for the tile who took a loooooong time to finish and who was not very good. However, we complained about water pooling in the shower about 5 months after the job was done, and they came right out and fixed it.

The planning stage with the designer was easy. The workers were neat and the supervisor constantly checked in with me to make sure everything was going smoothly.

The only disappointing part turned out actually to be the design. We have the room to make the shower bigger. We were going from a tiled shower to a fiberglass surround and that takes about 4 inches off the internal space available for shower. The designer could have suggested moving a wall (that was being gutted anyway) and given us a bigger shower. We now joke that we have a ''water tube'' to shower in.

I was very pleased with the entire process. From the design to the actual work, they were all professional & friendly. The price was a little expensive, but it was worth the money. Everyone was very accommodating with my dogs. I would hire them again.

THEY DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB AND I'M VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS. IT WAS A VERY LARGE AND EXPENSIVE JOB, BUT THEY WERE TERRIFIC WITH TIMELINESS. ALL OF THEIR PEOPLE WERE VERY COURTEOUS, FUN, AND NICE TO WORK WITH. THEY HAVE BEEN VERY RESPONSIVE TO THINGS THAT HAVE COME UP AFTERWARDS AND THEY MOVED ME THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS VERY WELL. THEY EVEN PUT MY KITCHEN ON THE COVER OF THEIR BROCHURE. THEIR DESIGN PERSON AND PROJECT MANAGERS WERE EXCELLENT AND WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH. THEY WERE VERY ACCESSIBLE AND RESPONSIVE. THEY ALWAYS LEFT THE PLACE VERY CLEAN. I FELT THAT THEY TREATED IT AS IF IT WERE THEIR OWN KITCHEN AND THEY TOOK GREAT PRIDE IN THE HIGH QUALITY. AT ONE POINT, SOME TILE WORK WENT WRONG AND THEY TORE IT OUT AND COMPLETELY REDID IT, WHICH IMPRESSED ME. I ALSO LIKED THAT THE PROJECT MANAGER WAS THERE EVERYDAY TO LOOK OVER THE WORK AND MAKE SURE THAT EVERYTHING WAS GOING AS IT SHOULD.

THEY USED SOME SUB-CONTRACTORS THAT WERE SUB-STANDARD, AND THEIR WORK HAD TO BE REPAIRED BY ACTUAL COMPANY EMPLOYEES.

I WAS GIVEN A START DATE AND A PUNCH LIST DATE. THE JOB STARTED ON TIME AND FINISHED EARLY. THE WORKMANSHIP WAS EXCELLENT. THE MANAGEMENT OF THE JOB AND COMMUNICATION TO ME WERE ALSO EXCELLENT. I HAVE A BEAUTIFUL NEW KITCHEN!

THEY SAID THAT THEY HAD MISCALCULATED THE BILL, I WASN'T HAPPY WITH THAT, BUT OVER ALL I WAS HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK.

FOUND SOMEONE TO DO THE JOB DONE FOR $5000.00.

THIS GUY WOULDNT EVEN COME OUT TO MY HOUSE FOR THE ESTIMATE. HE GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE OVER THE PHONE AND TOLD ME MY JOB WOULD COST OVER $10,000, JUST FOR A SMALL BATHROOM REMODEL (INCLUDES A BATHTUB, VANITY, TOILET). HE THEN PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT HE HAD BEEN IN THE BUSINESS SINCE 1984 AND IF I HIRED ANYONE ELSE TO DO THE WORK THEY WOULD BE WORKING OUT OF SOME CRAPPY VAN AND I WOULD HAVE TO HIRE HIM TO COME BACK AND FIX EVERYTHING THEY MESSED UP! I COULD NOT BELIEVE THIS GUY, WHAT A JOKE! HE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TO DEAL WITH AND I WOULD NEVER EVER CONSIDER USING HIM AFTER SPEAKING WITH HIM ON THE PHONE.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST CONTRACTOR I HAVE DEALT WITH. THEY CAME UP WITH A GREAT DESIGN AND DID A GREAT JOB ALL THE WAY AROUND.
