Description of Work: Fixed my wife's favorite watch crystal. It's not an expensive watch, so we didn't want to spend too much on it. Basch's was great: they were nice, understanding, and fixed it fast. I'm glad they could do it for a good price, as I hate to waste things.

+ -1 moreBasically I have a watch that had to repair at specific places and I can just go any watch repair place because they won't have the equipment to repair. They were little expensive but they did what they needed to do. If anybody has got the same watch as I have got then it would be a good place to take it. They did a lot of stuff with it. They completely took it apart, completely cleaned it, replaced the sapphire on part and did a bunch of stuff like that. They were kind of slow. It was ready when they told me it was going to be ready.

Description of Work: another jewlery store told my wife thet coulkd not repair the metal wrist band on her citxzen watch and it would cost too much to replace it. i took the watch to this jewlery store where they looked at it and fixed the clasp in less than a minute. there was no charge. as a result of this outstanding service i brought my wife back and bought a new watch for her birthday in April.
