Unprofessional. Did not give straight answers and tell us right away that they could not get the edging they promised us they could originally. Prevented us from having additional time to find material elsewhere. Bad business not to honor written quote. Such a beautiful facility and great products, but we were very disappointed. Would have much more respect if they were straight with us rather than delaying telling us they couldn't get something. Didn't even get an apology.
Description of Work: Tabor was originally very friendly and helpful giving us books to look at and discussing color options for stone edging and rock mulch. Told us they could definitely get material in time. When we went to pay on the phone, they ignored our phone calls and kept saying they hadn't totaled the price up yet. Found out 4 days later that they could not get the edging but had another color in stock. Showed up a couple days later to see it and found out they only had 4 stones instead of the 125 that we needed. We were left to scramble at other places to get edging on time. Got rock mulch from there, but they didn't honor written quote we had received from them 1-2 weeks before. When rock mulch was delivered, they just dumped it in the driveway instead of knocking on the door first.
