I tried multiple times to set up an estimate but was never contacted. I spoke with the receptionist at least 4 times and she kept telling me that someone would call me back but they never did.

Was never contacted by this company even though I called over 2 weeks ago to schedule an appt. Very disappointing.

Kept all scheduled appointments for estimating job and service installation. Did all installation work per the job's initial scope at the agreed upon price. Escavating subcontractor recommended by them was professional and completed work as requested by owner at the agreed price.

Excellent - knowledgable - professional - on time

In every case, they are prompt and professional and do excellent work. In the case of the updating, the inspector came out and said he could tell the work would pass inspection even before he opened the panel. I have been happy and satisfied with every service Dickey has performed and their prices are reasonable.

Tough review to write. Since I was billed directly by Dickey for all and quot;add-onand quot; work outside of what my contractor had completed, I'll start there. Our experience was such that even though they were working for us directly since we were paying for this and quot;extraand quot; work, these guys continued to perform as if they were still under direction from my contractor. To cite an example, I was invoiced for an outlet for my dual fuel range - obviously something that both them and my contractor knew (and agreed to) was going in from day one. During the payment process, I was double-billed on two occasions, which I caught and explained by e-mail, although never acknowledged by them either way. Now that we are in the house, we find that there are a few major inconveniences as far as where we had placed some of the light switches - at the direction of Justin the supervisor. I believe this mostly our fault however, as I would not have went through and quot;rushedand quot; again, regardless of what my contractor or Dickey Electric's schedule was. The basement work was done nicely just as we had agreed to.

They were quick. They came right away. They did a good job and cleaned up behind themselves. They let me know what was going on while they were doing it. A lamp ended up causing problems in three or four rooms.

Repair work was done in a professional and efficient manner. They arrived on time, did their best to keep the power disruption to a minimum, and did good work.

Outdoor service box had pulled away from 35-year-old house. We decided to repair that and replace circuit box, bringing it up to current code, and do miscellaneous repair items during the call. Two professional young men arrived on time, worked well together, and answered my questions as they worked. The new service install went like clockwork, the circuits were clearly labeled. The electrician crawled into my attic with the replacement exhaust fan, found only a loose connection, fixed that and didn't install the new fan (and, of course, gave me credit on the bill for the fan). Overall excellent work--would recommend.

I called a half dozen electricians to give me quotes on the above job. The quotes ranged from $1400 to $2800. Two of the companies never showed up to give a quote and another was difficult to communicate with. Justin from Dickey Electric explained everything and what it would cost and had a secretary with email who could get answers to questions. Being able to communicate with the vendor was very important to me. We discussed various options and and how that would affect the price. The work was scheduled to be performed on May 9th at 8:30 and two electricians went to work and did not stop until mid afternoon when the work was completed. They were very professional and knowledgeable. On May 11th the county inspector approved their work and said the work was very professionally done. I would highly recommend this vendor.
