Called right away, came out the next day to give us an estimate. Came out the next day to fix it, then found out it was worse than he expected. Told us the new quote and what needed to be done. We told him go ahead, he had given us a 2 week out time, but called and said he was sending someone out in 4 days! Communication was very good, and job was done well.
