Steve called back right away. He started the job on the day and time he promised, and finished on time at not one dollar over his estimate to replace our laundry room sub-floor, including new drain plumbing, flooring, and a new back door. He works neat, quiet, and fast. Owning a home for over 30 years, we've never worked with better than Steve.

He fit me in on my tight schedule. Friendly, professional, polite. Work site was clean upon completion. Could not even tell anybody was there.
