+ -1 moreJay and Erin are great! I have a physical disability and am unable to adjust my thermostat. Jay and Erin went out of their way to update my thermostat with a newer model so that I could access it and adjust room temperatures through my computer setup. That was a huge game changer for me as I can now change temperatures instead of having to wait for others to make adjustments for me. Jay and Erin are competent, hard-working, and very thorough. I would gladly recommend them to anyone. I have worked with them for many years now and trust them completely with our heating and cooling needs.

Description of Work: Fan went out on heat pump. Regular AC guy said it needed replacing and he was backed up 3 months. Called CHHC and before I could finish he said he thought he could fix it. He replaced the switch and added coolant.
