I did receive four different proposals for the project and I chose Windows and More. They were not the cheapest but I felt the most comfortable with them. The products are high quality, the warranties are great, and they have a great reputation. There was only one issue with the doors, one of them was reversed from the way it should have been. The doors were custom and another had to be ordered on rush. They made sure it was right and we were very satisfied. Every business has complaints or makes mistakes, but Windows and More went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. This is why I always recommend them.

The price and the product selections were great. They got the job completed in about 3 weeks. The cleanup was good.

wanted siding on old storage shed, as small chipmunks or other type rodents were digging from outside and nesting under floor 05-22-12 rec'd estimate on siding job, which included removing bottom piece of rotted rim board and replacing it with a new treated 1'by 6' piece of treated lumber(cost for rim board $125) 08-07-12 signed purchaser's agreement and paid $600 down 09-27-12 workers here to perform work-weather was cold and rainy I found obvious gaps towards top of work, and space where door frame wrap did not come down far enough, so did not write check for balance as still work to be corrected 11-14-12 gaps were filled with type of caulking 11- 15-12 wrote check for balance due of $1775 spring of 2013- saw that chipmunks were still going under floor in shed from same areas on outside of shed 07-13-13 pulled some of grass from area, and found that bottom siding left gaps (see pictures below) pulled some of grass from back of shed also, and found gap at bottom (see picture below); also found that the $125 treated rim board had not been installed, nor had I been advised to deduct the $125 from the cost of the job. I called the rep, who came in a timely manner to address the problems 11-06-13 I have called the company several times over the last 90+ days, and company still has not been out to fix problem areas; I was told (on the one phone call that I did reach the rep), that there were still people who needed complete siding jobs, and that my calls were not returned as they had no work date yet to give me. I was hoping that the job would have been completed, as it will be be too cold to finish ground work around the shed after problem areas on shed are fixed. Even though they were not the lowest estimate, I went with this company as they had put windows in same shed in 2010, and had done a good job.

The guy came out and gave me a bid. Then I decided I wanted a patio door. I tried to get a hold of them and they didn't show up. Then I went down to their store and talked to somebody down there and they were supposed to have someone call me and they didn't call me. I went down a second time to look at a door and there was a guy there. He said, "this is what you think you need" and then they never sent anybody else out or to do anything. From the estimate they gave me, I thought they were high on everything. The first bid for the storm door was rather high. Then they had patio doors that I wanted. They were the only place that I knew that had them so I went down twice. I went down by myself once and then I went down with my wife. They really never ever called me back, got in touch with me or anything. It was like they didn't care. They were on time the first time.

We called Windows and More because they put the windows in our home when it was built in 1992. A set of three windows needed to be replaced in the living room as they rotted and pulled away from the siding on the house. We called to ask for a quote someone came out but never provided a quote or returned our phone call.

Went very well. Bob responded promptly to our request for a quote. He was there when he said he'd be, offered fair quality product and price. He did the work within the time frame he quoted, he and his crew were professional and pleasant to deal with and even offered to send us an invoice so we didn't have to leave work to be there at the end of the job to pay.

Overall, price, quality and service was great. No gimmicks or upselling, no pressure at presentation. Allowed me to borrow their window sample for paint matching and trusted I'd give it back... LOL.

They do real dependable work. They were great to work with. We didn't have any problems or hassles. They know what they are doing, they do their thing and do it right.
