+ -1 moreAsked on phone ballpark cost of service, gave them vital information size of tank and number of compartments so their was no surprise. The cost was 3 times more than quoted, plus they the had to use shovel to dig hole about one foot deep to get to septic lid and left without filling it. They were polite on phone and the men that came were rude and pushy. In fact they left in their truck without saying a word after paid, I thought they would come back from truck and fill in hole, say thanks for business or something but not a word just drove away. When questioned why the cost was more the reply was they had to dig the hole which took no more then 2 minutes and they did not disclose a higher cost until after service was completed.

Description of Work: Helped clear the covers over each tank and recovered when finished. Took about 45 minutes for two large tanks to be cleaned. Jim and Chris were cordial and professional. The office called on our 3yr anniversary of cleaning. We played phone tag until this morning when the office called and within an hour the truck was here, hoses connected and pumping started. I had called two other septic cleaning companies but this was still the best value. The final cost was $20 less than estimated. I would highly recommend Templeton.

+ -1 moreExcellent. Mr. Templeton knows his business, and is very knowledgeable about septic systems in general. Our household consists of two people and 6-to-12 cats at any given time, and we've found a two year pump to be sufficient. We have used Mr. Templeton's services since 2000, and this year asked many questions regarding running salt-softened water and salt flush from the softener through cement tanks and into leach fields. Mr. Templeton answered them all, professionally and thoroughly. We always receive the feedback we request on the condition of our system. Mr. Templeton is certified by Summit County to take care of septic systems.
Description of Work: Pump 2-1000 gallon septic tanks on a biannual basis.
