I was very pleased with how well the floors turned out and how clean my home was after such messy job. I will be definitely contacting Sand Rite again when I refinish the stair way and upstairs rooms. They talked me through all of my options for finishing. Two and a half years after the job, the floor finish is holding up excellently. The natural finish is darkening just as described, so I'm very glad that I listened to their advice and went with the natural finish instead of going slightly darker.

The floors look fantastic now and this was definitely money well spent! Ben Williams and his assistant were very neat and I was pleasantly surprised to find very little sawdust. We had a fairly laid-back arrangement for when he would come to work because I was home all day, so he'd just call when he was about 20 minutes out. However, I have no reason to believe he'd be anything other than punctual if a more firm arrangement was required. I can't speak to the value, because I honestly did not seek other quotes after the initial consultation, but it is very much in line with work done in various family member's homes.
