REGAL CONSTRUCTION CO

I have been in my new home for ten years and it has been an absolute nightmare. The home is so poorly built. The things that have broken down and needed to be replaced in my home has been so costly. My deck was damaged and he had the high school kids fixing and working on it. I have had leaks in the ceiling and in my sky lights from the rain. I had no warranty on any of the work. The entire housing community has complained of some of the same issues. I do not have the kind of money that it takes to fix my home. He doesn't stand by anything or return calls. I have put so much money into my home from the messy job that this contractor completed that I just cannot afford to put any more money into it. My front steps have broken away from the concrete, and the mortar is now breaking away. Regal Construction was so horrible, he uses these high school kids and they do not work on your home and complete it, they jump from house to house. I showed him one problem that resulted in a leak that ruined my carpet in the basement. My friend watched some of the construction and there was things that needed to be done that he did not do. He did not want to fix any of it, but I showed him pictures and he had no choice but to fix it. He has a very bad attitude and his secretary lies just like he does. The health inspector has been called and everything else. Do not use this contractor.

There have been many things go wrong with this house. Parts falling apart, leaks in various places, etc. We were suprised that not everything was covered by warranty. Once they came out to fix our deck and they used the wrong nails and had what seemed like inexperienced workers helping out. We have had to replace doors, tape windows, problems with the skylights, issues with the basement and electrical wiring. We've recently noticed that the cement at the bottom of the house is now starting to crumble. The list goes on and most of our complaints were never answered.
