+ -1 moreThe house that we bought that we're in now had an alarm system in it. It had not been activated. I'm happy. There are no problems at all. If anything they call too soon, like when you forget to turn off the alarm and open a window. They're very good, no problems at all. I have no complaints. I would recommend them. They are very responsive. The price is reasonable. The people are nice to deal with. I pay yearly because I get a discount. If you compare the price with some other services, it is very reasonable. I will definitely use them in the future. I have no complaints.
Description of Work: ProTech-Security activated our alarm system. They had to do some work. They activated it. We are maintaining them. We have been using them about a year and a half. I pay yearly.
