Stove has been fine. The refrigerator is another story. When I bought my refrigerator a couple years ago,I bought an extended warranty. My frig is still under warranty and I have been fighting with them for over six months to fix it for the third time. I was finally told they had customers that needed them more than I did and they would get to me whenever. Well after six months I had enough. I wrote a review on their site. They called me the next morning and told me seeing as I wrote the review, after six months of waiting and begging them to fix it,they won't help me at all now. This is very poor business practices. They should have just fixed the refrigerator. I will not recommend this place. They had me fooled with their niceness when I first bought the appliances. The service after sucks.

They did a good job on it. They were very professional. They helped in and answered all the questions that needed to be answered and they were good help. They were excellent. They were on time and fixed everything on a timely manner. We don't have any problems with the refrigerator after that.

We were referred to NCATV by the contractor renovating our first floor/kitchen. NCATV is fabulous! Barry and Lori are wonderful people. We have also dealt with Matt who was fantastic. Barry and Lori had ideas about the kitchen layout that were sound ideas. They helped us choose the appliances based on their own experiences and were upfront about what they had tried and had not tried. I began working with NCATV last August and due to numerous delays with the kitchen renovations, the appliances were delivered yesterday. The appliances have been ordered and in the warehouse since May--again due to the delays with the contractor, but NCATV has been awesome. The young men who delivered the appliances yesterday were able to discuss the dishwasher installation with the plumber. Both men were nice, knowledgeable, pleasant, well-dressed. Barry has been very responsive to my emails with questions--if he did not have an answer or could not provide one at that time, he let me know when he would get back to me and always has gotten back to me. We also have a SONOS project on delay with NCATV. The delay is also due to the first floor contractor. Barry and Matt were great with suggestions for the SONOS and what we would need to optimize our music listening in our new space. We anxiously await the completion of this project--once the contractor is finished. I highly recommend this company for appliances and electronics.

We called NCTVA on Monday afternoon. The repairman arrived late in the day, when NCTVA said he would. He analyzed the problem, determining a specific part was needed. He came back the next day with the part. He replaced the bad part in approximately thirty minutes. Throughout the repair process, the repairman was professional. The refrigerator works fine now. The repair price was reasonable and a lot better than having to buy a new refrigerator.

We always use them for appliance repairs. They are very good with their price. They couldn't fix the refrigerator, so they didn't charge me anything. One thing I am not sure about them is if they respond to repair something they did not sell or not. They are very reliable for repairs and sales. They are not the cheapest, but they are absolutely 100% reliable. I will continue to use them in the future.
