Took almost 4 days to do, but when it came to the steps never completed the sides of the steps, since my father put vinyl on the sides of the steps and floor. Left the vinyl on the sides of the steps and did not come up with a solution as of yet. Needed to caulk the steps and sides of the wall on floor and bathroom to prevent dirt and water. Have been trying to get this matter settled since Oct 12, 2019.

Buyer beware!!! The salesman we had was an absolute liar!! He lied about every detail during the sales pitch. He told us subfloor would be installed at no charge, bay shoe molding comes with purchase of carpet, installers work for the company (they are independent contractors), moisture barrier will cover up pet odors... All lies!! If you salesman's name is John, go somewhere else. Installers were awesome!! Office did what they had to do to get the carpet installed but I had to deal my floor first. After finding out the floor needed sealed (the moisture barrier doesn't take away pet odor) I called the salesman, John, and he said for the installers to install it anyway. This guy should never be in sales again! He put us at risk of have more problems than we had before. I would NOT recommend this company as long as their salesmen act like this. I will go elsewhere for carpet but will use the installers. Oh, btw, "you are getting a good price on the carpet as long as you give a good review"- John the salesman... Good luck to anyone who chooses this company.
