 + -1 moreHe came with his lead fence installer. They were very polite, nice and came when they said they would. He said he would work up an estimate for me and email it to me that night. I got the estimate several days later after I initiated contact. It was an informal email with the price, when I questioned what guage the fence was Matt didn't know. I asked Matt twice to send me references, once while he was at my house giving the estimate, and once after the quote was provided in a reminder email. I never received the references- or a confirmation on what guage the fence was etc... Disappointed at the lack of professionalism in the interactions in regards to knowing his product, providing a detailed quote of services and certainly the providing of references. I would have like to gone with him as he is a smaller business trying to get some footing, but just can't do it given the interaction.
