We refused to let them on our roof to remove a shingle and tarp it! Outlined they would have to come and replace the shingle. Our insurance adjuster came out and outlined that it appeared that the roof had been tampered with - but of course could not outline it was the company. No one else had been on our roof other than this company! Hmm. Anyway, they kept hounding us to see if we had heard anything -- when we finally found out the we COULD find the shingle -- they were nowhere in site -- the 'small job for repair' was not worth their time -- never called back once we found that it could be repaired! Thank goodness we did not allow them to simply tarp our roof! I only hope that no one else is duped by this company -- sad state of affairs! If they were an honest company, they would have given us the quote for the 'so called repair' to the roof. > We had another reputable company with a long standing history and A+ rating on Angies list come out to take a look at the roof - and to give us an estimate. They were happy to estimate "current issues' with the roof, as well as quote for an entire re-roof. > Needless to say, we also got one other company to come out and give us estimates. Both companies outlined it appeared that we had intentional damage done to the roof! > Buyer beware of this company!
