Some basement water management construction gave my wife and I the opportunity to fix a big mistake we made 18 years ago when we chose a small, box store shower for our basement bathroom. I'm a big guy. Now we wanted a large, beautiful shower like ones we used at some of hotels in our travels through the eastern US. We talked to some shower places who weren't capable of fulfilling our dreams. But when we talked to JR Bath we felt like we had someone who could deliver. The sales person was Thaer. He was knowledgeable and ready to LISTEN to our ideas and then help us figure out how to get them done. Other companies had people trying to convince me what I wanted. It turned me off. Thaer and JR Bath had a huge selection of acrylic patterns and laser etchings and hardware and doors that had me picking exactly what I had in my head as the premier shower for me. When time for the install came, a problem hidden by the previous wall had me worried that I might not have the window in my dream shower,but Eric, a man with over 30 years of wisdom had made it happen for me. JR Bath moved a pipe that was in the way, worked around some steps and delivered my dream shower quickly and beautifully. We knew we would see a price higher than most would expect to pay for a shower but JR Bath came in under what we were expecting. You have to pay for better stuff, but the great, 'dream shower' JR Bath provided was actually a value. JR Bath didn't really sell me a shower, they sold me service and I am 100 percent satisfied in my dream purchase from the initial meeting to the install I couldn't imagine it going any better than it did.

Installation was as described. Very happy with the result. Overall very happy with JR Bath and will work with them again.

They said to expect install of our walk-in shower in 6-8 weeks, but they had it ready after only 5. The crew was prompt, courteous, and professional and got it done in 1 day!. They weren't our lowest bid, but price matched so it worked out. I took my first shower in it this morning and it's just what we asked for!

Incredible! They installed a custom designed large walk in shower. Finished job is FANTASTIC. The installer listened to all my requests and adjusted the install to accomidate my requests. We had 8 quotes and JR Bath was the most affordable. The materials are top of line, the quality that you would have expected from the higher bidders. They they also swept up their work area in the garage as well as vacuum the carpet in the bathroom. Do not hesitate, call J R Bath. You will not be disappointed. A+++

We have had many home improvements and upgrades over the years. This is one job where we were sure we made the right decision as the job was finished. The new shower compliments our existing master bath and is a vast improvement of over the “shower stall” it replaced. An excellent choice was the nearly frameless shower door. It allows in more light and also shows the beauty of the shower. The installers, Ethan and Caleb, worked a long day to get the job done in one day. There was little interruption in our day through the whole process. We got four estimates for this project and went with JR Bath. JR’s Daniel was the first person to give us a proposal and his informative presentation set a high bar for the others that followed.

Got everything i was promised and more

Original installation was tricky because of strange angles in our ceiling, but they worked hard to get it done well and on time, and I had been very happy their service until today. I am no longer happy with this provider and DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. There was a lifetime warranty on parts and labor when the work was contracted and done in 2017, but they have now added a $50 charge per visit after the fact. They're calling it a "travel fee." No mention of that in the contract, and it was not charged for previous visits. I wouldn't have hired them if I had thought they were going to invent fees after the fact. What's next, a $1,000 "breakfast fee" because their technicians need to eat breakfast? They knew there would be travel involved in service calls, so if a “travel fee” was needed, why wasn't it disclosed in the contract? And why is it in effect now but not for earlier service calls? Clearly a shakedown, but if I have anyone else work on the shower they installed, they said that voids their warranty.

Excellent. Jeremy took precise measurements to offer a design for the wet portion of the project. 10wks out Chad installed the shower to ADA requirements and specifically place grab bars and shower slide for my Mother which will not only allow her to stay in her home but the ability to take care of herself with dignity. She loves the shower and hasn't used the bench yet as she loves the ability to stand securely. Great job Chad with installation. Jeremy thank you for your patience,kindness and working with us. From sales through installation, J R Bath representatives were helpful, honest, and professional. The sales rep was sensitive to our needs and previous research and did not try to sell us goods and services we did not want. Due to the pandemic, the delivery of materials took longer than expected. Nevertheless, the job was completed in 2 days. We had hoped it would only take one day, but the quality of workmanship and attention to detail was worth the time spent. The installers were polite, conscientious and professional. The end product was just as we imagined and we're very happy with our new, safe walk-in shower.

From the first contact with the salesman to the final payoff, it was a very pleasant experience. Staff was very polite, courteous but most important knowledgeable.. Workers always on time and worked quietly and safely. Product totally exceeded my expectations !Installation quality was excellent! Love my new walk in shower!

JR Luxury Bath installed my shower when I was an employee. They overcharged me for the work that was completed, they never installed the shower seat that I paid $750 for, but the real tragedy is the way John Weddell is running his business... Do not buy from this company. John Weddell, the President and owner has a history of not paying his employees. The reason I left JR Luxury Bath is that John asked me to hold off depositing my check for a few days. This threw up red flags for me, but I agreed. After depositing the check, it bounced. I resigned immediately. I forced him to secure certified funds for the bounced check, which he did, but John still owes thousands of dollars to me and he is ignoring all of my attempts to contact him. This man is mis-managing money and acting in an unethical manner. Buyer beware!

All went went well from beginning to end. With one exception. The sales person was very professional and answered all questions. I was a little disappointed that he indicated the possibility of an earlier install and I don’t think he was totally honest about the reality of that. Needed it done sooner as I was having a total knee replacement. The installer Chad was Outstanding, professional and started and completed the job in two days. There were two concerns and they were taken care of immediately the next day to my satisfaction. Thus far I am totally satisfied with this project and I would recommend this company.

Chad did a great job. He had to correct several problems from how the house was built, and had to deal with significant settling and wall movement. We were highly satisfied with the quality of both the materials installed and the workmanship. They made the planning and decision-making about materials very easy. After negotiating the price, they sat down with us and over a couple hours walked us through choosing everything from countertops to towel racks. Their prices were higher than a couple contractors we considered, but the materials were far superior. We are so thankful we chose J R Luxury Bath for our project, and would strongly recommend them.

My elderly father gave them $2850.00 in cash at initial contract signing. He/we did not pick out the types of faucets that were going to be installed and we were NEVER provided prices for any of the items that were installed. We were told at initial contract signing that a refund of some amount was most likely due because contractor could not provide us with any prices for fixtures at that time. We are still fighting for any kind of refund. The job was completed the week before Thanksgiving. Half of the faucets installed were cheap plastic, the tub shower STILL does not work properly, water comes out of faucet when hand held shower head is engaged, the toilet bolts on sides weren't cut or covered. My Dad is STILL waiting for them to come out to fix that issue and its is now going on 3 weeks since the job was done. When I asked the owner for a price breakdown of items installed and hourly cost of labor he only provided me with a figure of $1875 for materials and $975 for labor...nothing more. I don't even know what the cost of labor was per hour or how long they said the installer was there! How ironic that it totals exactly $2850...the exact amount of what my Dad paid in cash! There was no breakdown of prices provided by model #'s for each item installed. I myself priced faucets, toilets online of similar items through Home Depot and did not get anywhere near the amount of $1875.00 he says the cheap materials costed. I came up with a total of $600.00...and being generous...possibly $800.00 at the most. So where does the total cost $1875.00 come from? That is what we are STILL trying to find out from the owner. But, he refuses to provide me with the prices for each item installed, and he knows why...because the materials did not cost $1875.00. THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF. ELDERLY FOLKS, BEWARE!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS RIPOFF CONTRACTOR!

Eric, Matt, Ken and Chad are very professional in their workmanship and demeanor. Their craftsmanship is evident in the finished product. Eric estimated the job and was price competitive. Eric, Matt, Ken and Chad did the installation. They arrived on time each day and did a good job. The floor installation by Ken and the tub detailing by Matt were particularly impressive. We are very pleased with their work.

We had JR Luxury Bath remove our old tub and surround and install a full size shower in its place. The entire process took about 12 hours from start to finish. They redid the plumbing for the shower head, faucets and drain. Then installed new backer board before putting in the new shower pan, walls, shower head, shower faucet and new glass shower door. After the complete remodel of the tub to shower they also installed a new sink faucet for the bathroom sink to match it to the new shower. We also got new towel rings and toilet paper holder to match the rest of the pieces. Eric and Chad were great! They were very professional and quick with their work. They did a nice clean up job at the end of the day as well. We had 1 small issue where our drain wasn't sealed properly and it was dripping water down into our finished basement. They came back, fixed the drain issue, cleaned the basement up (the ruined ceiling tiles and dirty carpet) and installed new ceiling tiles. I could not be happier with the new shower, its HUGE and we love the shower head and shelving we have in the new shower.
