H.H. Gregg Appliances

We purchased a 70" tv2, LG washer and dryer. Gallery stainless fridge, stove, double oven and dishwasher. All top of the line and very expensive. HH Gregg was great until they had my cash. The fridge they sold me was out of stock which they did not tell me until the delivery date. I ended up purchasing a more expensive one. When the delivery men showed up, they asked me to examine the fridge BEFORE they took it off the truck as they had noticed it was damaged BEFORE they left the warehouse. The warehouse manager told them to bring it anyways and offer me a $50 gift card.......it was a $2000 fridge and it was smashed in by what looked like a fork lift. So, my old fridge was sold and getting Picked up later that evening, All the contents of the fridge were in boxes around the kitchen and my new fridge was Severely damaged. I refused the entire delivery. It took them well over a week and a half to redeliver all of my items and by then the buyers of my old refrigerator had backed. When they showed up the second time for the delivery my double ovens were completely dented in on the handles to the point that they were almost cracked. Again I was offered a $50 discount on an item that cost cost well over $1500. The delivery men had moved my old stove into the garage and I was promised next day delivery of the new Stove. So we had pizza night. However the new stove did not arrive for six days leaving me with no stove to cook meals on for my family. The manager Chris was extremely rude unresponsive and honestly just a plain a******. They were to refund me $200 for the inconvenience which does not even begin to cover it however I accepted the offer for the refund on May 20 and have yet to receive it as of today the end of July. NEVER AGAIN. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I have had problems with it already. I called them up and they are going to replace it. I purchased the appliance through them and they came and installed it. They did the installation on time. I used them for the first time. The quality of their service has been okay so far. It might be better. Their responsiveness was good.
