Description of Work: Arrived on schedule. Reviewed the structure inside and out listening to all comments about possible sources of problems. Took pictures. He talked about the overall solution and suggested I'd get my report via email the following week. When the report didn't come as expected, he responded that he went down sick and ended up in the hospital. I got the report at the end of the month. It was well written and detailed.

+ -1 moreInspector came out and gave us a verbal assessment. He was very helpful in pointing our what needed to be repaired and what was stable. He was punctual and professional. This was then followed up with at formal Structural Engineering Report.
Description of Work: We needed a professional assessment of the foundation, brick and overall structural integrity of a single family residence.
