First time using Forquer based on a recommendation from an existing customer, and was very pleased with the A/C tune-up service. Knowledgeable, personable technician that explained all available options without trying to push any unnecessary services, and provided tips on how I can perform simple maintenance myself to avoid future repairs. Signed up for their annual maintenance plan and look forward to having them back in the Fall.

I felt so confident that everything that needed to be checked WAS checked! Not sure I’ve ever felt more secure about my heating/ air conditioning status. Dave was very polite and very professional. He reported to me everything he checked, part by part and helped me with filters and schedules. I ended up signing up for a yearly package that reminds me of when hear and air need to be checked and reduces my costs all around. I highly recommend this company and I highly recommend David C

I didn't give a A or B for punctuality because the technician was late. I had to call the company to find out what the problem was, so getting a call would've been nice. Once here the gentleman was very thorough and professional. He went over everything that he did and he didn't rush through anything.

I called Forquer and they were able to come out the same day. I called them because the last owner had them install the system. They drove from Green to get here. Joe, the service tech, was friendly and professional. Joe's diagnosis was that the system was low on refrigerant. When I questioned why it was low he explained almost all systems have some leakage and if mine wasn't completely empty after 9 years it may not be worth chasing down the pinhole leak. I don't disagree per-say, but I'd like to think closed systems stay closed. The estimate to complete the work was higher than I had expected. Joe explained the price of R22 refrigerant has been on a steady incline as its use has been discontinued in place of R401a. Fair enough. I accepted the estimate. When I went to pay the bill it was lower than the estimate because not as much refrigerant was required. Win. I'll keep them on my short list. Joe was a really pleasant guy and the company was really responsive.

Tech showed up on time. Called first. Neat clean. Even changed the filter. The company has been doing work at my house for two years now. Every time has been the same. On time. High quality work. Price is very affordable. I would and have recommended them to friends and all have reported the same quality work.

Left a message with the answering service during evening hours and received a return phone call right at 8am the next day. I was told the serviceman would arrive between 9:00-10:30 and he came at 9:30. I was very appreciative of the quick service. He took about 15 minutes to inspect and provided me with a detailed description of what was going on and explained exactly what the cost was for repair. I appreciate him taking the time to go through everything with me and felt that the price quote was very reasonable. He performed the labor in about 30 minutes. He also let me know that our water panel needed changed on our humidifier which he said he could do for an additional $30, however my husband already had the replacement piece needed and we did it on our own. Overall, I did not feel as though I was receiving a sales pitch or being ripped off which has happened to me in the past with another HVAC company. I will absolutely call Forquer the next time my air or furnace needs work done.

The service engineer showed up within an hour of my call and had everything fixed and cleaned up within about a half hour. He was friendly and professional. Happy to have it fixed quickly.

We have used Forquer for close to ten years for furnace and air conditioning repair. They check the furnace prior to winter use and the air conditioner prior to summer use. They are very professional. They always come as we need them to and are on time. If the work requires other experts, they arrange for that to occur. We are happy as Forquer customers and highly recommend them to others.

Forquer was extremely professional and great to deal with from the beginning. They offered the best quote and we decided to go with them to do the job. Their team came in and installed our new furnace and a/c in one day, which was great. We had a slight hiccup about a month later. It happened on a a weekend - of course - and they could not have been any nicer when we called. They came out on a Sunday and fixed the problem quickly. Highly recommend.

We have always been happy with Forquer. We will use them for yearly inspections of both systems as we did in our old home. We have also recently had them quote a H/AC separate system for an art studio that isn't connected to the rest of the home as well as adding a humidifier to the furnace for next winter. Everyone at Forquer is friendly, professional, and on time. Their prices are reasonable and they use common sense when developing a solution for any problem. We've never felt "oversold" and their response time in an emergency is excellent. We wouldn't use anyone else and recommend them to everyone!

I live out of state & was taken advantage of by another vendor who damaged the existing furnace. I was referred to a number of vendors by Angies list & after speaking to each of them, selected Jim Forquer who did a great job.

This went very well. Everythig went very smoothly. They were very clean and did not damage anything. A very smooth move. They were easy to schedule wiith and very repsonsive.
