BARRY SIGLER INSPECTIONS

Mr. Sigler was extremely thorough and ferreted out many questionable items in the home we had written a contract on. He got up on the roof, went into the shallow attic, and took many, many photos, even in places he could not fit, holding the camera over inaccessible cavities. He is very detail oriented, and spent a lot of time, leaving no stone unturned. We decided to terminate our contract, and are very happy with the valuable services he provided. ($455 fee included both home inspection and radon testing.)

Barry was EXCELLENT!!! We got another inspector prior to him and said he would be about an hour or so. After getting feedback from some co workers, we canceled. Got Barry's name from the Board of Inspections that someone had contact with gave me the number. He was at our home 4-5 hours. Explained everything to me. Took a lot of photos and showed what photos every couple or so has he took them. Really took the time to look at the deck, basement, upstairs. Something wasn't right in our attic and even climbed on in there (which wasn't easy very tight space!). Explained that we would need to get that fixed. But at the end nothing to stop us from buying the home, very honest and realizable. Will use him again or refer him to others, been in our home since February and (knock on wood) no major concerns or issues with our home and ones that were, that he didn't state already may be a problem. Very happy and so was my husband. Thank you Mr. Barry Sigler!!!!!

Barry was fantastic to work with! He arrived early, was extremely professional and unbelievably thorough. He took plenty of documentation pictures and was a virtual treasure-trove of knowledge. Barry also had a very calm approach and I didn't feel like he was trying to scare me to death like some inspectors do!
