My wife has been trying to get our septic Re-done for multiple years now. Get rid of the concrete sand trap in the front yard. Jason is a total a****** about it and will go months without calling her back, then it's too late to get it done. I don't know if it's because it's a girl he's talking to, but very unprofessional. Unfortunately I'm under contract with them from previous owners having them put it in.

There's no getting around the fact that this is a major project. Planning started last summer, but it moved along and all the permits and surveying and inspections were coordinated without hassle to us. They let us know in advance when they would start and they kept to that timetable. The work was done quickly and expertly. Once all the inspections were complete, they came back and did all the regrading and clean up very efficiently and effectively. The cost was significantly less than we expected. We are VERY happy.

POSITIVES: THE CREW WAS ON TIME BOTH DAYS. THEY COMPLETED IN TIME PRESCRIBED. THEY PROTECTED THE DRIVEWAY FROM DAMAGE FROM THE MACHINERY DURING INSTALLATION. THEY WORKED AROUND NOT HAVING TO TAKE DOWN ANY OF MY LARGE EVERGREENS. THEY KEPT ME INFORMED OF ONGOING ISSUES. THEY CAME BACK TO REGRADE WHEN CALLED. THEY EXPLAINED THE PROCESS OF INSTALLATION AND THE ALARM SYSTEM. THERE WAS NO PRICE OVER RUNS ON THE QUOTE. NEGATIVES: THE MATERIAL FROM THE COMPOST AREA, RAILROAD TIES, OLD FLEXIBLE PIPES THAT WERE DUG UP, AND VERY LARGE BRANCHES WERE NOT REMOVED FROM THE YARD. THE DAY THEY CAME BACK FOR THE REGRADING WAS THE DAY, UNKNOWN TO US, THAT THE ROAD WAS BEING PAVED. I WOULD HAVE LIKED THEM TO SEE IF WE WOULD LIKE TO WAIT UNTIL THE PAVING WAS DRY BEFORE DRIVING THE TRUCKS UP THE DRIVEWAY LEAVING TAR MARKS UP THE DRIVEWAY.
