 + -1 moreDS Engineering arrived on time for the appointment. Went through the analysis in proper detail with a professional approach. They provided us with recommendations/alternatives that we should consider for current and future repairs. Suggested approaches of what should work and not work for foundation repairs including high end to low end costs. Plenty of time was given to explaining issues and areas that we needed additional information on as well as questions that we had. The cost for the analysis was within competitor range and in two(2) instances was less. The turn around time frame estimated for their work deliverable was met (1-2 days). DS Engineering continues to provide us with support for ongoing questions that we have. They have exceeded all our expectations.
Description of Work: Service Provided was to inspect our home foundation and prepare a report that we could use to support or validate: 1. Quotes and specific recommended actions that we were receiving from Foundation Repair companies 2. Drawings that we could take to the County to obtain a Building Permit

 + -1 moreD S ENGINEERING LLC was very good. He was polite and friendly. He was easy to talk to. He was also very specific as to what was going on and what had to be done to fix the problem. The other guys that came were too vague. He was far superior.
Description of Work: D S ENGINEERING LLC came and walked through my house with me to look at the cracks in my home. He gave me verbal and a written advice for the foundation work that had to be done.
