Wheeler Fireplace & Grill

This was a long distance request because our dad lives in the home (we are in Minn.) The fireplace was not functioning so our dad called a local company and they proceeded to quote a new insert over the phone without offering a service call because surely you would need a new unit if it's not working, right? We felt as though this outfit was wrong so I joined Angie's and called Wheeler. After explaining the situation, they put a plan in motion. I was aware of the up front service cost and felt comfortable with the arrangement. Before I knew it, the fix was made and the deal was complete. Wheeler acted professionally. Wheeler is first class. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again if ever needed.

The installers arrived promptly. They were careful to explain everything they were going to do. They put down drop cloths and installed the gas line and gas logs. Our fireplace is rather large, thus the expense of the logs; however, they were running a sale on the unit we chose. We had them install a remote on/off device also. They explained how to turn it on and off, other features of our gas log unit, and left us materials that came with the unit (instructions, warranty, etc.) The installers were polite and good natured, and cleaned everything well. We are so pleased with the product and service, we would definitely refer our friends and family!

It was December when they came out and there was snow on the roof. They had to climb up there to put a chimney stack up. They did a nice job.
