+ -1 moreWm Kramer & Sons has been my HVAC people for over ten years. Joe, the technician that usually works on my products, arrived on time and was friendly as usual. Kramer's is and has always been professional . efficient, and fair. From the owner on down this company is honest and very reasonable in regards to the prices they charge. They will not suggest parts or repair you do not need. I highly recommend this company.

+ -1 moreQuoted me price to replace both parts. Gave me part names and was not offended when i looked them up online. Quote was very reasonable. After parts cost realized labor was between $125 and 150. Not bad at all. Replaced parts in about an hour.
Description of Work: Replaced blower and circuit board on furnace.

+ -1 moreI called Jim Kramer at Noon and he returned my call by 1:00. He came right out and performed a service call on my air conditioning unit that was not working. He found some clogged tubing, fixed them and had the unit running. Very pleasant and professional. We will call this company again if we need any other work performed on heating or air conditioning.

+ -1 moreEverything went as expected. They did careful, expert and neat work.
Description of Work: My 6 year old heat pump condenser (outside unit) leaked out the refrigerant and stopped working so I called Kramers, whom I've gotten good service from before. Joe their service tech came right out after my call and later brought Jim Kramer the owner to assess the problem. They determined that it would actually be cheaper to replace the whole outside unit rather than remove and replace the leaky coils. A couple of days later they returned with the new unit and installed it. Joe and Jim are great people and do superb work! I was able to register the new unit online with Lennox and got a 10-year warranty.
