We couldn't be more satisfied. Both movers were professional and so careful with our items. Would I hire again absolutely. We did have to take a pause do to rain but the movers were very patient and continued where they left off... Special thank you to Joey for going the extra mile.

Not good for moving pianos. Had an antique piano moved and Tri-County sent two guys and a teenager. $700 later, they ended up leaving the piano in my garage because they claimed they couldn't move it in without driving their moving truck into my front lawn (!?) to use the lift. They said they'd come back to finish the job if I paid more, but it was so hard to get Traci just to answer the phone or call me back about it I had to hire another company to finish the job.

The morning came of the move. Said they were coming. Came out. Had an "emergency" and had to leave as soon as they arrived. Ok. Stuff happens. We were told to call Tracey and let her know what happened and that we would be given a discount and rescheduled. So we're sitting here waiting because we MUST move TODAY as planned and need to know when they can come back. Except that now, they weren't return messages. Won't answer their phones. Not very professional!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We scheduled two weeks in advance for them to move a player piano. We drove two days to Ohio to meet the crew to move this family heirloom. They showed up, looked at the piano, said "We can't move this, it's a player piano." They called their office, who said, confirmed " it is a player piano, we told you that." Long story short, they didn't bring a dolly, they didn't bring a ramp, they only brought 2 men and a boy and then proceeded to tell us they couldn't move it. Very unprofessional to say the least. Now, we have to drive back to Ohio, rent another covered trailer -- time, expense x 2 because of these bozos.

They did not show at scheduled time. When I called I was told my phone wasn’t working. Then they said truck broke down and they cancelled on the day of my move.

They were so nice. They were trustworthy and handled everything with care. Great guys, they were very caring, I liked them a lot.
