+ -1 moreI brought the wood and nails he required to do the repair. He said he would be here close to 9:00 AM. When he did not show by 11:00 AM, I called. He said he would be here in an hour and a half. When he did not show I called twice. Each time there was no answer save a recorded message saying and quot;This voice mailbox is not yet set-up.and quot; Beware of any c***-a-maime response he may post.
Description of Work: Shawn was prompt in coming over to give me a written estimate to repair a rotting door threshold and a 7.5 piece of house framing. On the estimate he gave me a list of wood sizes and nails he wanted me to purchase prior to his ETA

+ 0 moreMr. Fix It does a lot of different work for me. He's a good helper and it's hard to find someone that will do stuff for old folks. I pay him but he works very economically. He'll be here to help me to re-do some of my planting beds. He did some work on the front porch last year. He took off a part that wasn't needed and made new steps, installed a railing and reinforced the support of the porch. He's good.
Description of Work: He helped reconstruct a stone wall the sewer folks had to tear down to get to my sewer.
