Highly recommended! Above and beyond type of service. Prompt. Trustworthy. I'm extremely grateful to stumble upon such great company. Luck have it, my neighbor was having his exterior a/c unit replaced with Phillips Heating & Air Conditioning. One of the crew members noticed that my exterior a/c unit was leaking and had no refrigeration left on it. They were very helpful and attentive to it. They promptly reached out to me, showed me the problem, and offered an extremely friendly quote on the spot! They had the patience to answer all questions respectfully and professionally. The problem was solved quickly and efficiently. The whole crew was very friendly and treated my house with respect. In fact, I had to leave for a doctor's appointment, leaving my house unlocked for them to be able to access the interior unit. On my way back, my pets were still safely and happily in the house, just as I had left... and with the a/c comfortably on cool. I know this is the company I trust to continue to perform maintaince to our unit, especially considering how this level of professionalism, quality, and integrity seems to be impossible to find. In sum, it is a great company. Highly recommended. Highly satisfied.

We have had that air conditioner more than 3 years. We didn't go through Angie's List to call them because we knew to call them to begin with. They've always been an excellent heating and air conditioning contractor. They were right on time.

Their competitor tried to sell me a new system and convince me that I have a huge leak without an inspection entirely over the phone. Phillips came out, was on time, the same day. The technician was polite and informative. He found that I only needed a pound or so of Freon and he fixed it. It's been running great ever since. I have an older system, and it will need replaced in a few years, but Phillips bought me a little bit of time and save me a whole lot of money. When it comes time to replace my system in a few years, you better believe it will be Phillips installing it!

Everything went well. Received a good quote. He discussed the work it would require and provided a timeline when the job could be completed. It's a small job, I am glad there are still people willing to perform these.

We would definitely use them again - they were the lowest bid, were here when they said they would be, very professional in their work, friendly, and cleaned up any debris when they were finished.

That is the only company that I use. They do a great job and I would not use anyone else. I would recommend them to anybody. They installed a whole unit in less than three hours, in and out. I will continue to use them.

They were a little slow in coming out, but when they did come out they were very good at what they did. They fixed the problem and the staff's demeanor was very good.

They were very professional. They gave a cost exactly what I had to pay, there were no added charges or anything, so that was refreshing. There were an "A". I have used them in the past for routine maintenance .
