Description of Work: We used TRC for both snow plow services and lawn fertilization. | |Snow plow service was great as it was punctual and reasonably priced -- definitely low communication but reliable and the billing/invoicing of plowing was consistently correct. We used their plowing for at least 3 years. For 2015/16 snow season, we have a neighbor who has offered us a lower rate so we are giving our neighbor a chance to earn our plow business this year. Yet, I don't hesitate to refer friends to TRC plowing. | |For lawn fertilization, it was a waste of money. Multiple treatments and follow up with the owner still didn't kill our clovers and dandelions, the crazy thing is my wife paid for it for a couple of years. I got involved and switched to Grassmaster -- our yard has never looked greener and less weedy. | |In general, I don't think TRC is too worried about us as clients, despite having been some consistent income for over 3 years. We had been scaling back our use, and now cutting it off. No one calls to inquire why.

Description of Work: TRC did my grass cutting before I retired (and still help when I can't get to it) and they have plowed my drive for many years. They are great guys who are very friendly, professional, and prompt. I will continue to deal with them whenever I can.

 + 0 moreSnow Plowing is good. Lawn care service was only fair and got worse year over the year. Very inconsistent when they would show-up. Never responded if I reported issues. This year my lawn looked terrible and had more weeds than I have ever had in my yard. I stopped their service and started a new service. After one application from Ego-Lawn the yard looks terrific. I will say TRC has nice and professional sounding people, but their lawn service is just a joke.

Description of Work: Mulched beds and trees. Also fert lawn and shrubs. Also do snow plowing. Very reliable.

 + -1 moreThey worked hard and they seemed to know what they were doing. We had them do a plan beforehand and as far as I can tell they followed the plan. We have to just wait and see how things turn out. They worked hard and they came when they said they would come. They were friendly.
