+ -1 moreService went very well, Tony was fair and priced fairly on a difficult installation that several other companies did not want to touch. Tony recommended an easy solution to the low overhead in the garage and found a door which would fit.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY EASY TO TALK WITH, THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE WHEN I CALLED AND THE GUY EVEN GAVE ME HIS CELL PHONE NUMBER TO CALL IF I NEEDED ANYTHING. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT, I SPOKE WITH SOMEONE ON MONDAY AND THEY INSTALLED EVERYTHING ON FRIDAY. IT WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE AND I'M VERY PLEASED WITH THE PRODUCTS. THEY WERE VERY CLEAN AND DIDN'T LEAVE A MESS, THEY WERE NON-INVASIVE AS WELL. THEY WERE PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH.

+ -1 moreWE HAD INSTALLED A GENIE OPENER WHICH WORKED FROM NOV TO MARCH. DAMON DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEMS AND FORMULATED A SOLUTION. DAMON WAS ON TIME, PROFESSIONAL AND VERY GOOD AT EXPLAINING THE ISSUES AND OPTIONS. WE WENT WITH THE DOOR REPAIR AND MORE ROBUST OPENER OPTION. WHEN I POINTED OUT THE KEYLESS WIRELESS ENTRY PAD HE REPLACED THAT COMPONENT WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
Description of Work: WE HAD OUR LARGE HEAVY WOODEN GARAGE DOOR REPAIRED AND A NEW LIFTMASTER OPENER INSTALLED.
