 + -1 moreThis is the second time we have contracted with Bill to do our windows. He is very responsive, worked around the schedules of our surgery center and two medical practices so as not to disrupt patient care. This required his crew to make a couple of trips to our facility. His crew works quickly and quietly, and Bill has always come back to redo any spots missed, which didn't happen this time. Bill is very conscientious and I will hire him again next year. He does a great job.
Description of Work: Bill washed our two story commercial building's windows inside and out. The entire outside of the building is windows, so there are a lot windows.

 + -1 moreIt all went very well - on time and polite and professional. As stated above all of our windows including screens and sills were perfectly done. The team was unobtrusive.
Description of Work: My extremely dirty windows (Pella - inside panes filmy) were finished to perfection w/o any streaks. We have lots of windows, and they were dirty. He included wiping screens and sills I didn't have to move furniture so they could get to windows. Everything was put back the way it was. Great job!

They also did me the big favor or replacing some flood light bulbs that I had no way of reaching without an additional charge. They finished quickly and cleaned up any mess from the job. I will use them again.

 + 0 moreBill and the guys have been coming to my house for at lest four years. We arrange an appointment for them to come out twice a year to wash the windows - inside and out - and they clean the gutters of the whirly birds and dead leaves from the silver maples. They are always prompt and courteous. The crew does a wonderful job cleaning the windows and since most - if not all - of them are firefighters, they know their way around ladders and heights. They are efficient. We have 32 windows, 3 sliding doors, and 3 picture windows and they divide and conquer. I would highly recommend Bill and New View window cleaning.

 + -1 moreBIll and his team do a great job -- we've had them clean our windows every spring for the last five or six years. Bill is always good about getting the job on his calendar quickly and always asks if there is an event or other deadline for cleaning. He and his team always show up on time, and do excellent work and never leave any mess. Every person on his team is very professional. They price by the job -- we have a large house with some windows that are three floors above ground level, so I think the price was very reasonable (he had a 5 or 6 guys here for at least 3 hours). Also, the price has not changed in 5 years. They also clean gutters. We've had them do that a couple of times, but they will tell me if they don't need to be cleaned, which I appreciate.

 + 0 moreI have used New View for the past 5 years for gutter cleaning on our large house. I called Bill on Monday to request spring gutter tidying up and also to have my windows cleaned inside and out, including wiping down the screens. On Tuesday Bill called and asked if his crew could come do the job. They arrived about 30 minutes later and 6 hard-working firemen completed the jobs in about 2 to 2-1/2 hours. They did very thorough work. My windows sparkle! Window inside and out cost $350 and the gutter tidy-up was $75.
Description of Work: Window washing inside and outside, including wipe down of screens. Also had gutters cleaned out--they had done this in the fall, but the gutters needed some spring cleaning due to all the tree pollination and debris.

 + -1 moreThey cleaned the gutters and removed broken and damaged gutter covers. Everything went well. They showed up when they said they would and cleaned gutters that haven't been cleaned in years. Even with the unexpected amount of extra work, Bill didn't change the price he initially estimated. He was very personable and offered some good advice concerning future gutter work and gutter covers.

 + -1 moreI contacted Bill during the very rainy week of Hurricane Sandy. Since there was so much rain that week, I was having thoughts that my gutters were causing rain to seep into my basement. Knowing that he was extremely backed up, I was not expecting to see him for at least a month or more. This morning (on the day AFTER Thanksgiving, when everyone is still recuperating from their turkey dinners), bright and early at 8:00, Bill called me and told me that he was in my driveway and was going to do my gutters. Bill and his crew were quick and efficient. He called me right after he completed my gutters, told me that he didn't feel the gutters were the cause of my water seepage, and charged me, what I felt was a very fair fee for his services. I will DEFINITELY be using Bill's company on a regular basis. Thank you Bill!

I'm confident that when they are on a ladder or on the roof that they know what they are doing. They work hard to do a superb job. I would recommend to everyone that they hire New View window cleaning.
Description of Work: I've used New View window cleaning for several years. Bill and his crew come out twice a year to do the windows and the gutters. These guys do a great job. The windows are streak free. I have 33 windows, 3 picture windows, 3 sliding doors and 3 exterior doors - that's a lot of glass but Bill and the crew get it done very efficiently. They clean the inside and outside. Bill is very prompt about calling me back after I've called him requesting the windows/gutters be cleaned. Several years ago I used a different window cleaning company, they were okay but once I hired New View, I realized how the other company was much more expensive it was and how much longer it took the other company to do the work and they didn't always get into the corners. I like the fact that the crew are all either active or retired firefighters so they know how use a ladder safely. They clean the gutters and also climb around on the roof to get the leaves out of the valleys. In the Spring they clean the gutters to get the whirly-birds from our maple trees.

 + -1 moreThe team arrived on time. Bob introduced himself and his crew. We reviewed the services as quoted and they started their window cleaning. Amazing job performed by the team of three. They were very professional and friendly. Very tidy - you could not tell they were ever in the house - except for the fact that the windows and doors now sparkle. I really enjoyed this crew and would definately hire them again. They are a team of off duty firemen, I felt very secure with them in my home.

 + -1 moreLow and behold, Bill called today and his crew of Euclid firemen arrived to complete the entire house in one shot. They were awesome. Nicest guys you'd ever meet, let alone working for you. They were polite, neat, clean and efficient....and the windows haven't looked this good since we moved in!! They cleaned every single window by hand, on ladders with scrapers, inside and out, and didn't miss a single one...and we have too many! The guys were excellent in their work and you'd never know they were here, except of course for the spotless windows. Needless to say, Bill will be on our list for twice a year window cleaning from now on. We couldn't be happier!!!
Description of Work: I called Bill, based upon the Angie's list recommendation, and described the home and approx number of windows (50+) indicating that we needed both inside and out, and oh by the way, we needed it to be completed before my son brought his soon to be fiancee home for the first time. Bill was great about it all, and said he would have the inside done before we left for vacation, and the outside done before my son's visit.

 + -1 moreAfter they came to the house and developed an estimate, we agreed to have them do the windows - good price, very professional from the outset. We had other landscaping and deck work to be done first, so we discussed with Bill and scheduled them to clean everything after the other work was complete. They showed up on the day we agreed (calling a few days before to confirm a start time). Allmost all windows had screens up, so they removed all screens before cleaning and then replaced the screens when done. From their initial estimate until the job was done, communication was great / responsive (via email / phone). We couldn't be happier with the results.
Description of Work: We had Bill and his team clean all windows (inside and outside) for our home - a 2 story 5 BR house with windows in the garage and on our walk-out basement level, including a large 2 story front foyer window and multiple 2 story family room windows. Roughly 45 windows in all.

 + -1 moreAlthough we did have some scheduling problems, the job was completed within about three weeks from our original discussion. I appreciate that Bill had other pressing responsibilities at that time. Bill did an excellent job, and came back to touch up some siding spots that had been missed. His price for power washing beat all others, and his separate price for the chandelier cleaning was also reasonable. I would definitely hire Bill again for this work.
Description of Work: Bill Mastro came out and gave me an hourly rate and an estimate of hours for powerwashing the entire exterior of my house. He came in under his estimate, so he was less expensive than other contractors who quoted me. He also cleaned a large foyer chandelier, and dusted and cleaned a high window opening that is not normally reachable.

 + -1 moreI had asked for them to call before they came out so I could speak to them before they did the work and they didn't call. When they came out, they were in and out like a little white tornado. They came and went so fast. They came so early that I wasn't dressed to go out and see them. By the time I got myself pulled together they were out and gone already. I wasn't too pleased about that. The owner, Bill, called me and I told him about it. I haven't received the bill yet. He was good about calling and following up but not originally. I would use them again.
