This was the second time we hired the company.  I worked closely with the owner. They offer competitive prices and good quality of service.

I highly recommend for window cleaning.  Bill and crew were quick, efficient, helpful in moving things around - and the windows are sparkling! I believe that they are quite busy, and need to be booked well in advance - but it is worth it.

I never met Bill Matroianni in person. Our communication was mostly via email. Bill was prompt with responding to my emails. He came out on the day he said he would. I am happy with the work he did. I would use his window cleaning services again and recommend him without reservation.

Crew of 6 cleaned all 50 of my windows-including clip on storm windows. Very professional and fast. Bill noticed moisture on windows-said to check furnace. Sure enough, my furnace is bad. Thanks Bill-nice catch! Great communication-highly recommend

This is the second time we have contracted with Bill to do our windows.  He is very responsive, worked around the schedules of our surgery center and two medical practices so as not to disrupt patient care.  This required his crew to make a couple of trips to our facility.  His crew works quickly and quietly, and Bill has always come back to redo any spots missed, which didn't happen this time.  Bill is very conscientious and I will hire him again next year.  He does a great job.

It all went very well - on time and polite and professional.  As stated above all of our windows including screens and sills were perfectly done. The team was unobtrusive.

I was very pleased with the service. They waited till all the leaves were down and I have some trees that drop leaves very late in the year. They also did me the big favor or replacing some flood light bulbs that I had no way of reaching without an additional charge. They finished quickly and cleaned up any mess from the job. I will use them again.

They were great. There was a little delay in them getting out here, since I think we caught them at a really busy time, but Bill was really good about it, and they were worth waiting for.

Bill and the guys have been coming to my house for at lest four years.  We arrange an appointment for them to come out twice a year to wash the windows - inside and out - and they clean the gutters of the whirly birds and dead leaves from the silver maples.  They are always prompt and courteous.  The crew does a wonderful job cleaning the windows and since most - if not all - of them are firefighters, they know their way around ladders and heights.  They are efficient.  We have 32 windows, 3 sliding doors, and 3 picture windows and they divide and conquer.

BIll and his team do a great job -- we've had them clean our windows every spring for the last five or six years.  Bill is always good about getting the job on his calendar quickly  and always asks if there is an event or other deadline for cleaning.  He and his team always show up on time, and do excellent work and never leave any mess.  Every person on his team is very professional. 
They price by the job -- we have a large house with some windows that are three floors above ground level, so I think the price was very reasonable (he had a 5 or 6 guys here for at least 3 hours).  Also, the price has not changed in 5 years.
They also clean gutters.  We've had them do that a couple of times, but they will tell me if they don't need to be cleaned, which I appreciate. 

I have used New View for the past 5 years for gutter cleaning on our large house. I called Bill on Monday to request spring gutter tidying up and also to have my windows cleaned inside and out, including wiping down the screens. On Tuesday Bill called and asked if his crew could come do the job. They arrived about 30 minutes later and 6 hard-working firemen completed the jobs in about 2 to 2-1/2 hours. They did very thorough work. My windows sparkle! Window inside and out cost $350 and the gutter tidy-up was $75.

Bill and his team were very professional and courteous.  He promptly returned my phone call and came out to give me a quote.  They were on time, cleaned the windows and screens thoroughly and efficiently.  Bill was able to fit me into the busy spring schedule.  They were mindful of my sleeping baby. I would definetly use them again.

They come and get it done without issue.

Service was excellent.  They arrived as expected, performed the agreed upon work and were done before we knew it.  Very satisfied with their work and will call them again in the future.

They cleaned the gutters and removed broken and damaged gutter covers.  Everything went well.  They showed up when they said they would and cleaned gutters that haven't been cleaned in years.  Even with the unexpected amount of extra work, Bill didn't change the price he initially estimated.  He was very personable and offered some good advice concerning future gutter work and gutter covers.

I contacted Bill during the very rainy week of Hurricane Sandy. Since there was so much rain that week, I was having  thoughts that my gutters were causing rain to seep into my basement. Knowing that he was extremely backed up, I was not expecting to see him for at least a month or more.
This morning (on the day AFTER Thanksgiving, when everyone is still recuperating from their turkey dinners), bright and early at 8:00, Bill called me and told me that he was in my driveway and was going to do my gutters. Bill and his crew were quick and efficient. He called me right after he completed my gutters, told me that he didn't feel the gutters were the cause of my water seepage, and charged me, what I felt was a very fair fee for his services. 
I will DEFINITELY be using Bill's company on a regular basis. Thank you Bill!

My several years of working with Bill and the guys have been great.  They are personable, efficient and dependable.  I'm confident that when they are on a ladder or on the roof that they know what they are doing.  They work hard to do a superb job.

The team arrived on time.  Bob introduced himself and his crew.  We reviewed the services as quoted and they started their window cleaning.   Amazing job performed by the team of three.  They were very professional and friendly.  Very tidy - you could not tell they were ever in the house - except for the fact that the windows and doors now sparkle.   I really enjoyed this crew and would definately hire them again.   They are a team of off duty firemen, I felt very secure with them in my home.

I thought they did an excellent job.  They were very professional and I could not believe how clean our windows are!  We will definitely be calling them again.

After they came to the house and developed an estimate, we agreed to have them do the windows - good price, very professional from the outset.  We had other landscaping and deck work to be done first, so we discussed with Bill and scheduled them to clean everything after the other work was complete.  They showed up on the day we agreed (calling a few days before to confirm a start time).  Allmost all windows had screens up, so they removed all screens before cleaning and then replaced the screens when done.  From their initial estimate until the job was done, communication was great / responsive (via email / phone).  We couldn't be happier with the results.

     Low and behold, Bill called today and his crew of Euclid firemen arrived to complete the entire house in one shot. They were awesome. Nicest guys you'd ever meet, let alone working for you. They were polite, neat, clean and efficient....and the windows haven't looked this good since we moved in!!  They cleaned every single window by hand, on ladders with scrapers, inside and out, and didn't miss a single one...and we have too many!  The guys were excellent in their work and you'd never know they were here, except of course for the spotless windows.  Needless to say, Bill will be on our list for twice a year window cleaning from now on.  We couldn't be happier!!!
