They seemed like a good company. We just got multiple estimates and decided to go with the recommendation of someone else. Our interaction with them was very good. The owner of the company, Tom Burnet, came out. He was very knowledgeable. It was a positive experience. He came out within about a week of my calling. He got the estimate to me within a few days after looking at the property. I feel confident that had we selected him, it would have gone fine.

We contracted Tom to get an estimate for having our house painted in early April 2010. He was very knowledgeable and had great ideas for the exterior painting. When we asked Tom to paint our house he told us it would be scheduled for early June. On May 30 he contacted us to schedule for the coming week. He and his team showed up on Monday and completely finished the job on Thursday, and that included a rain day. Tom and his team arrived each day when they told me they would and finished the job in the time they estimated. They protected my flower beds, windows, and deck before painting. When I returned each evening I could not tell they had been there other than the wonderful look of my house. It was such a pleasure doing business with Chagrin Painting Company. I was happy to sign the check. How many times have you ever thought that? I will be calling him in the future for interior painting projects.
