absolutely with out a doubt one of the worst companies we can think of, non punctual, nick's dad told us that nick wasn't able to come out personally because nick just bought a house and he was busy working on it???? really. workers did not show up on time or eve at all sometime , had to constantly call to get excuses on why their people weren't there , were supposed to do mold remediation , they did not only ran heppa filter for few days and that extent of that, all work had to be done 2-3 times, were supposed to put ridge vents in roof but to our surprise they only put in the shingle cover on outside so it would look like they did, today few yrs later we find out that the three ridge vent were not installed causing a mold problem in our attic whish is the result of poor ventilation (that's what the environmental specialist said) not to mention the crawl space which now has mold in it due to the dryer vent that we vented into crawl space at rainbows recommendation, we were even told that by venting it into crawl space it would help with our heating. basically to make a long story short we are now facing about $10,000 in mold remediation not to mention the cost to us for getting the attic ventilation problem taken care of ....in short I would not recommend this company to do any type of work even if it meant having to pay more

Excellent on phone customer service. Technician arrived at specified time and cleaned specified carpet. Cleaning results excellent.

It turned out very well! They completed the job in about 6 weeks which was right on time with their estimate. They worked very well with the insurance company. They were topnotch all the way through.

The process went well. There were 2 techs that performed the service. They were professional and explained the entire process before doing the service. They were very nice and respectful of my home and belongings. I have 2 dogs and and a cat. My husband and son suffer from allergies and asthma and the cleaning helped them tremendously! I would recommend this service and Rainbow to anyone!

Rainbow came out to give a free estimate for roof damage and they handled everything with the insurance company (who also highly recommended them). We received our payment from the insurance company and Rainbow completed the services as described, for the original price quoted. It was a complicated roof but they did a great job and everything went smoothly.

The job overall went well. Everything from the carpentry to coordinating the electrical work to having the cement poured for the garage floor. The addition is beautiful!

They showed up on time and were very professional and polite. I don't like people being in my home but they made me feel very comfortable and I would recommend them to anyone.
