They arrived on time and got the job done in just over a day. They showed up on time and stayed until 9pm to try to get it done. The job site was cleaned up after they were done and I was kept informed of the progress. I was getting water in the basement after a light rain but it has rained heavily since the system was installed and I have had no water on my floor. I can tell you I was concerned that their estimate was 2000.00 dollars less that the other estimates I received but I went with them hoping for the best and I can say that I'm satisfied with the work and the results.

The overall experience was wonderful! I felt I was provided with specifics on the type of job I could expect and a estimate that matched the job. Everyone was very friendly and professional, will definitely use this company in the future.

The crew worked their tails off. They finished the job in 3 days; staying 10+ hours two days in a row. This is the second time I've used this company. This job was at my residence; the first time was at my rental property. Chad Gamble is very responsive. I will use this company again whenever possible. The construction supervisor Roy is awesome!

We got the waterproofing done because we had our house for sale and kept getting the feedback from potential buyers that the wet basement was holding them back even though they liked the house. Our house was SOLD within 2 weeks of Ohio State Basement Technologies finishing our basement! They did a great job, were very clean, professional, quick. The crew was very nice and seemed like they were all working really hard and cared about what they were doing. The basement floor is finally dry and it's not a drag to go down to do laundry anymore. We highly recommend this company. The lifetime warrantly (transferable to next owners of our house), the great price, and the confidence we had in Mr. Gamble were the selling points for us.

I had a fantastic experience throughout. One of the co-owners of the company (Mr. Gamble) came over to my house and provided detailed account of what needed to be done. I had met with representatives of four other companies prior to his visit and had a good sense of the project as well as the approximate cost. I appreciated Mr. Gamble's sensitivity to my busy schedule; he did not try to waste my time by comparing his company with others, managed to offer me a price that was considerably lower than what the estimates had obtained from other companies. The crew was extremely professional. I trusted completely that I did not be on the premises while they worked. They arrived on time each day (around 8 pm) and did not leave till about 6:00 pm. the project was completed in four days. All crew members were easy to talk to and answered questions I had promptly. They cleaned up each day upon completion of work and managed to reduce the tension for me. I most certainly recommend the company and will use them again for additional projects.

They did a really nice job. The crew showed up late a couple of times, but when this was brought to Chad's attention, it never happened again. Overall Chad is one of the most professional contractors I've ever worked with. He communicates with you frequently and makes sure that you understand everything. I own 3 houses (including 2 rentals) will use him again for projects at the other two houses.
