They have serviced our appliances for over a decade. They're honest to the point where they've sometimes not even charged us for a service call when something was simple. When we have needed repairs, they've been prompt and cleaned up the area when done. They're friendly and knowledgeable!

The problems with both of the ovens were quickly diagnosed, and partially repaired on the first visit. A part had to be ordered, and the remaining repair was completed about a week later. We were kept informed of progress with phone calls. Due to the age of the oven, the only replacement part that could be found was a reconditioned part -- and the cost savings was passed on to us.

9 yr old washer used by 2 college students. Washing machine stopped draining. Super easy scheduling in between classes and travel plans. No trip charge added to the repair cost. Friendly and professional repair man. Small clothing item stuck in the hose. We would definitely use them again.

Logan was awesome. Very thorough, professional, efficient and affordable.

I called up with a washer that wasn't draining. They came out the next day, came in, did their troubleshooting, fixed it within an hour, billed us an invoice, and were in and gone within an hour. It was a great experience. It was very punctual, very quick.

These guys are fantastic! On both service calls, the tech could have replaced damaged parts and charged us, and we'd never have known the difference. Instead, on both service calls, the tech was able to repair the parts and keep the cost to only the service call charge. I don't know of many businesses these days you can trust to do this. The were also very prompt (next day and same day), and extremely professional. I highly recommend them.

They are on top of things and very responsive. I called and they came out on the same day. They are resonably priced. They do a great job explaining what they are doing. They go above and beyond what you expect. I would recommend them

I called Mr. Bee and explained an issue I had with my dryer. An appointment was set up and tech came to my house. Upon arrival the tech was polite but unable to repair dryer. Tech was not familiar with the dryer I had. I was not charged for the call and was referred to a different company.

Phone call on Monday, repair made the next day in about 30 minutes. The service was performed quickly, professionally and honestly. I am sure the repairman could have charged more or idicated a part replacement was need.

They did a fine job. There was a person called Jennifer who was very helpful. She went online to make sure I had the correct part. I didn?t get a part for a week but that wasn?t their fault. I would use them in the future.
