Furnace stopped working Friday night. I called them Saturday morning and gave the part number for the blower assembly, and said it could wait until Monday. They ordered the part Monday and it came in Tuesday, and had it installed before lunch time. They did all of the work, including servicing the furnace, for just $12 more than the blower assembly would have cost me online. I was very pleased with there service.

My A/C stopped working in the middle of a heatwave. I called 12 different repair services, Martin Systems was the only one that would promise me same say service. I did not end up needing to use them, as another company happened to have a technician become available first, but Martin Systems will be my first call next time I have an issue.

I have a 20-year-old air conditioner, and I was expecting them to come in and say that I needed to replace it. He just changed a little switch, so I was really pleased and I would definitely use him in the future. He will be the only person I will call for HVAC service now. It was a $50 part, and he did the service. I was worried somebody would come in and quote many replacement parts for a large amount. I would tell friends and family that I found him to be honest and thorough.

I had them come out on a Saturday. The motor blower was bad and they had to order it. They got it on Monday and installed it the same day. I haven't had any problems. They did not charge me another service fee when they came back after getting the part.
