Description of Work: I used Lintz Land Design to put in a paver patio.

Description of Work: Lintz Land Design (Phil Lintz) designed and installed a paver patio and outdoor kitchen. Phil's design work was excellent, as was the quality of the finished product. Phil could have done a better job up front on material choice options: I didn't know there was a place locally where I could look at the paver colors until after I expressed displeasure at the colors of the delivered initial selection; and the selection available at the recommended place for the granite countertop was extremely limited. Also, even though the specs for all of the kitchen equipment pieces were provided early in the process, the gas piping to the grill required significant rework and the grill's block enclosure had to be reworked to provide the necessary ventilation per the spec. Lastly, we had an issue with the septic system line being crushed during installation which should have been addressed up front (the design of the patio being on top of the line was a code violation, and so the line really needed to have been relocated before work started).
