The 1st appointment was on 12/22/14. The rep showed up, sounded knowledgable and excited to work with us. He told us that he will come back the next day to take pictures and measurements. Due to the holiday, he will draft up a few proposals and call us in January to go over the proposals. January came and gone. No one called us back. We thought maybe it's the weather. February came and gone. Still no follow up call. March came and we called the company and was told we will call you back. As of today, no one from this company has called us back. We are very disappointed with their responsiveness.

We have had problems with moss and mildew causing our pavers to be slippery. We also had some pavers that have been stained by black walnut husks. L-W has a special machine that gently cleans the pavers and collects the dirty water for disposal. The pavers are allowed to dry for several days, and then they apply a sealer. I think they also sweep in some sand (or a special sand mix) into the seams. Depending on traffic, the sealer is supposed to help for 3-5 years. We have large trees and a shady lot so we have had problems with moss, mildew and weeds. We also wanted to have some paavers with permanent stains removed and replaced prior to sealing. L-W found matching pavers and did a great job on this. Now, we are careful to remove black walnuts from the pavers so we don't get any further stains. They were very professional and helpful and did a great job. We will use them again.

Both owners are intimately involved in the business & either one of them was on site for our smallish project nearly every day. "The David's" along with their crew were hard working & responsive while the project was in progress. Unfortunately, we experienced some frustration leading up to the start of the project; construction start was roughly one month later than we originally discussed & details on the design & layout seemed to fall through the cracks. When the issues where discussed during construction, they made every effort to rectify our concerns, and we are extremely happy with the workmanship & final outcome.

The technician did an excellent job. He was careful not to damage any surrounding plants. The work was performed on the scheduled days without any delays. The patio pavers look like they are new.

I will always recommend this company because of their quality of work and professionalism. I rate them A+ overall.

The entire process of laying the paver patio went smoothly and was completed on time. The men arrived at the time we were told to expect them and worked steadily throughout the day providing their own water! It was a very hot time that they were on the job here. I had offered ice water, but they had come prepared themselves to keep cool and hydrated. Any questions or comments about the work that I had were answered/acknowledged in a professional and courteous manner. It was obvious that the crew were all on the same page working together smoothly and expertly. A lot of time was put into the grading preparation and the placement of the pavers went quickly and beautifully. The clean up was amazing; their last day ended in a hurried departure due to an approaching storm. The very next morning, as promised, a crew member arrived back at our house to finish the clean up......in our street! They left every single area clean as a whistle. We couldn't be happier with the company nor the patio ~ we have enjoyed every minute spent out back on our patio ~ we really do enjoy the outdoors! We highly recommend Lindsay-Wright Co.

Overall the work was perfect! We were happy with this company from our first meeting at the Columbus Home Show and at every meeting, phone conversation, and planning stage that followed. The Lindsay - Wright Company is very professional, courteous, and friendly. Never once did we feel uncomfortable working with them. They came over to view the work area, answered our questions, and promptly sent us an estimate with their suggested plans (drawings of the patio). They always told us that they'd work with us and we should free to make any changes to fit our budget. We did and they didn't hesitate to confirm. Their work crew were expert and didn't waste a second working through the oppressive heat of the day, being well prepared with their own supplies and (even) ice water, and were also courteous and welcoming toward any questions we had. Their clean up after each day, was amazing. On the last day of the project, they left our property in very good condition and even (because of stormy weather) returned the following day to complete the task of cleaning the street out in front of our house where they had worked from. Our patio was completed on the third day! FANTASTIC in everyway. I recommend Lindsay - Wright Company and we would definitely call on them again!

They gave us a very competitive bit. They are a very reputable company. They shy away from the newest trends. They follow tried and true things. They are not a company that is going to fall easily in to some new product to push on their customers. They were able to easily cover our porch with no problem. They were very comfortable and confident. They have a very specific process for steps that they use. They have a giant piece of concrete and then cover them with your material. They don't offer services they are not experts in. The downside is there are some things they are leery with doing some things they are not familiar with. They are a little low on the creativity side. You will get something that is solid and made to last. They didn't really follow a plan that I had drawn up by another company. I don't think we would have had that issue if they were following their own plan. I think they are an outstanding company.Their quality and workmanship is awesome. They know how to lay a patio that is going to last you. You won't have sink holes or problems. If you want a job to been done well then they are a great company. They are very nice. They are not pushy at all. hey are competitive. They don't have very good ideas that are aesthetically pleasing.

They had to tear the patio that the previous service provider did. They showed me what was wrong with the previous patio. They were respectful and courteous. They showed me step-by-step what was going on and what was wrong because of the previous service provider horrible job. Since their work, I haven't had any issues with the patio.

Everything went very well. They came out and had it completed in the time frame they said and the price was reasonable. They even cleaned everything up after themselves! I would use them again in the future because they were reliable and knew what they were doing.

They carefully removed the shrubs surrounding the old patio and planted them along the side of the house as requested. The crew was respectful and well-trained. They used metal pipes to be certain the patio pavers would be level and they are. What a difference from the old patio. They even put in new fence posts where the new gate will go. I would recommend this company without reservation.

To say that this is a top-notch group of professionals is almost an understatement! The crew always looked and acted in a manner which was respectful of us, our property and the property of our neighbors! Darrell was awesome at keeping me informed of what was happening and any troubles they may have encountered! I would highly recommend that you call The Lindsay-Wright Co.! This company was comparable to another company we spoke to as far as price, but I feel we got soooo much more for our money! A great treat in this economy!

Excellent. We had very bad drainage problems prior and now we don't anymore and we love it.

It took them about 6 weeks to get started due to a busy summer schedule, but they completed it in a very timely fashion once they started.

It was fantastic. David Wright and David Lindsey were extremely nice and performed the work exactly as promised. I liked that they offered a 5-year warranty on the work.

It might have been a communication problem but I thought the job was unfinished. There is a gap between the bricks and the house. They said that they explained this would happen but I did not realize I would have to hire another company to do the calking. I thought they has assured me the job would be "complete" and it wasn't. I was also under the impression that they would paint the area they repaired. Now I have to hire a painter. I wanted a company that would do it all. The walkway does look nice but I would probably not use this company again because they did not make what they werer doing clear.

The work was performed in three days with a five person crew, led by Darren. Darren kept us informed as to how the work was proceeding and asked questions as needed to ensure that we were happy with the final results. The entire process from the initial estimate, iterations as to type and color of the materials, the conduct of the work (including clean-up), and the finished product was well done. The final step included applying top soil and grass seed to any areas of the lawn damaged during the demolishing and rebuilding of the patios.

We had three companies come out and give us a quote, and we had the best experience, and most reasonably priced quote from Lindsay-Wright. We felt confident with them from the beginning, and we couldn't be happier with the quality of their work.
