+ -1 moreThe owner's follow-up has repeatedly been lacking. There have been several instances where he fails to call back for scheduling, is late for appointments, or fails to follow through on other requests. These remain ongoing issues and appear to be habitual based on our experience. We will be selecting a different vendor next time who can at least manage basic customer service. Update: Our check was finally cashed six months later.
Description of Work: I won't comment on perceived effectiveness or ineffectiveness of treatments, but will comment on interactions had through the course of doing business.

+ -1 moreSlnformed to run clothes thru driers which I have done over the past 2 years because of other apts infestation. That I have done 7 times. Upon my infestation I had to do this 4 more times. Initial bed bug inspection was just my bed not the couch. Found after 2 sprays they were also in my couch. We did research on this problem - how to avoid and how to treat. This man told us not to believe what we read - in a condescending way. We had bought some DE to scatter and he said that would cause cancer - although it was food grade.
Description of Work: They sprayed four times and at the end of the fourth one we still found some dead shells but no live ones and they wanted me to sleep in this apt and I refused. The man contacted was named Bob.

+ -1 moreThey were superior in all aspects. We purchased a contract with them. We will continue to use them in the future.
Description of Work: They sprayed inside and out for pests- ants, termites and spiders. They sprayed once and came back 30 days later to spray again and then also checked the house to make sure it was working.

+ -1 moreNow he assumes I want him to come back, he wants me to pay $240 for last year and this year, even though it was his fault that he never came back or called. I consider this bad customer service.
Description of Work: The contract period was from 5/17/05 - 5/17/06. He came and did his work. In the spring of 05, I called Bob the owner and when he came back I wanted to make sure I was here so I could educate myself. He never called me back and never came. I called today and asked why he never showed up last year. I was curious because I had spoken with him for an appointment. He thought he had come and nobody was here.
