We will never use anyone else for our plumbing/heating needs. They are very professional, honest, reliable and reasonably priced. We had an issue with our furnace and were told by another company that we had 200 ppm of carbon monoxide leaking into our house and that it was a safety concern and we needed to have a new $7000 furnace installed. We decided to get a second opinion. Houston was not going to be able to come out for a few days but they ended up calling us back the same day and getting us in within 10 minutes. They checked for carbon monoxide with 2 different meters and found ZERO!! The issue was a motor that needed replaced and was only $350. They went and grabbed the part, came right back and fixed it within 20 minutes. Don’t waste your time with other companies that only want to scam you.

Ran camera but found no broken fittings. Findings were acceptable but advise to get a dollar estimate before start. $360 for a camera check with no further action was too pricey.

It went very well. We have used this company in the past. Their prices are fair, they are responsive, and they perform good quality work. I would recommend them to others.

They actually did a very nice job. I do remember the price was pretty reasonable. They were responsive. They found stuff I didn’t expect and fixed it without any must.

I paid for the sewer line replacement, it was about $3000. The heating and air conditioner was taken care of by the insurance company, we had a flood in the house. It was very good. I have a brick street and they actually put the bricks back to where they should be because it's in a historical district. They pay attention to detail.

We've been using them since December of 2008. They are very punctual and very easy to schedule. Every time I've called, they've been out within a day or two. We've always had a very good experience with them. When it comes time for any heating and cooling services, we call them directly and don't even shop around for that any longer.

We had a newborn at home, it was February and very cold, and noticed about 10:00 at night that our heat wasn't working. They were out within 2 hours and had it up and going.

It went just fine. The office called me to say the technician was on the way, even early. He arrived. Determined the problem. Obtained the proper equipment, installed it, and was off to another appointment. I have dealt with this company before, and will again. THank you Houston Plumbing!

The tech did a good job, but I was not impressed by his unprofessionalism and grumpy attitude about his job and having to work for a living and having an unbuttoned shirt, too. It made me feel very uncomfortable. Yes, I will use Houston Plumbing in the future, but I will most certainly make sure this tech never comes to our house again!

Technician Garland attempted to repair our old water heater on the first day after we called for service. He then very efficiently replaced our old water heater with a new water heater on the second day after we called for service. Thank you.

Went well. I had a model selected, but they had one at a better price.

Two very nice plumbers arrived on time and got right to work moving washer connections from the basement to the upstairs. They had to install a new drain line in the basement as the previous one was too small and previous hook ups were not up to code. They installed pipes on outside of wall in new laundry room with my approval and made them look very neat and unobtrusive. They also installed a vent pipe through the roof and sealed the roof properly. They hooked up the washer and ran it to make aure it worked. The guys were very tolerant of my questions and accommodated all my requests. They will be back in a few weeks to do another project for me. Great company and excellent customer service.

Our experience with them was excellent. They found the problem very quickly and fixed it. They were in and out really fast.

Work was done without problems, neatly and efficiently,T his was not a very easy task , becuase this house has old plumbing. The work was done primarily by David Phillips who was able to get it all together in a cofined space.

Our furnace finally quit working at 8:00am Sunday morning two days before Christmas and could no longer be restarted manually by turning the power off and on. We again called Dor Mar, the company that installed our furnace 14 months earlierd and who had sent at least five different technicians out on at least four different service calls during the last two months to repair our furnace. They told me their 24/7 service did not include access to tools or parts, but rather the delivery of electric room heaters from a location an hour and a half away. We then called Houston Plumbing and Heating who came out right away with tools and identified the problem as a plugged air conditioning coil that was causing the furnace to over heat and shut down. The technician partially unplugged the air conditioning coil and removed the air filter so the furnace would run until complete service could be provided on a less expensive regular service day two days after Christmas. We called Houton Plumbing and Heating the day after Christmas to tell them our furnace had begun to shut down and once gain needed to have the power turned off and on to restart it. They came out that same day, a day earlier than our scheduled appointment. Our furnace was fully checked, the flame sensor was cleaned, the sensor that shuts the furnace down when it over heats was replaced, the air conditioning coil was completely cleaned and wires were connected to the proper terminals which allowed our furnace blower to once again operate when the furnace was not heating which is something it stopped doing after one of the attempted repairs by Dor Mar. Houston Plumbing and Heating proved they are the company that can get it done right and get it done when you need it done!

I rate them highly and I will use them again in the future if needed.

Had some technician by the name of Garland come out. He found ice frozen up on my A coil. Instead of trying to pull the cover off and check if it was dirty, he ran freon test and wasted more time on the phone with his boss then actually doing anything productive. Do they find these technicians of the street? Total waste of money and my time. I was suppose to get a discount from the owner Rick on a new unit, he never once mentioned it when he gave me a estimate for a new unit. Ended up buying a new unit from a different company. I BET OLD MAN HOUSTON WOULD BE TURNING IN HIS GRAVE OVER THE POOR SERVICE THEY PROVIDE NOW. I WOULD AVOID THESE PEOPLE.

They had come out twice and did wonderful work in our old house. They were prompt, very helpful, and very knowledgeable. They were really good at explaining everything because we did have some decisions to make. They were simply fabulous. They were also very reasonably priced for what was done. They were really a great company to work with and we were extremely happy with them. We would absolutely use them again.

I had a great experience with Houston Plumbing and Heating. I had tried to replace a sink faucet on my own, a weekend project, but the old faucet handles were stripped and I wasn't able to remove the old faucet from my sink. I called several plumbers on a Sunday afternoon and Houston Plumbing and Heating was the first to respond. They called and told me in advance what the weekend labor charges would be (time and a half), so I had no surprises. David Glasmeier, the technician, soon arrived and had the faucet replaced in a jiffy! He was polite and careful about his work. It was money well spent!
