Falling Leaf Plumbing

The pipes were replaced and seem to be fine so far, however I am highly unsatisfied with their non existent professionalism and the lack of effort to clean up after their mess. Both sides of my sink were clogged full of large drywall chunks and dirt. There was so much debris and large pieces of drywall all over my kitchen that I had to spend over an hour cleaning up and sweeping, after working a 9 hour day and also taking care of my 3 young children. Also, when you are in a clients home and speaking to a young woman, it is very inappropriate to curse constantly and refer to her as “dude”. Would not recommend to anyone unless you enjoy spending your free time doing someone else’s job for them.

DO NOT USE! I had a backed up branch drain that drains only my laundry and kitchen sink/dishwasher. Every time I ran the washer it dumped the water straight onto the floor. I have lived in my house 10 years, and know there are 2 stacks in my house and that EACH ONE needs to be cleaned out separately. I tried to tell him this and he refused to believe this was the case and continued to do the "main" drain. The next day I had no resolve - washing machine/kitchen was dumping all over the floor. I called him back out and when he came would still not do the correct drain. He told me he has been doing this for 15 years and he knew better than me. Needless to say, he never fixed the problem. He only told me that I use too much soap! What would that matter if we had an opened drain. VERY UNPROFFESIONAL AND NEVER RESOLVED THE PROBLEM .
