Elm Recycling Lawn and Landscape Supply

They sold me a 20 ton load of washed gravel that was full of dirt and mud, which is now caked up all around my landscaping so thick that we will have to remove the rocks to remove the mud. They refused to provide a refund or to remove the mud. They told me they'd replace the gravel if I paid the cost to dig it up and return it.

Purchased 2 Dolmar saws , chains, oil, items for maintainence. Had trouble with both saws each time we used them, returned them and they were supposedly repaired (with no service order ever issued to me.) after they wasted my time and money and allowed the warranty period to lapse, they contacted the Dolmar company, but the Dolmar company said there was no paper trail for previous repairs. Took one saw to another facility for repair. We paid even though under warranty. Needed wood cut for the winter. The other saw we picked up in many pieces in a box. A kind representative from Dolmar helped me with the diagnosis and repair. It even had a part on the saw that didn't belong there. There was obvious damage done by Elm Recycling incompetent repair and lack of knowledge of product. Tell as many people as I can about their incompetent mechanics and customer service

I recently removed some pampas grass plants at our house because the wife and I thought they were ugly. I called my trash provider, Big O Refuse, who said for them to take it it needs to be under 30 pounds. This stuff is heavy! I used a neighbors sawzall to cut it down after I uprooted them. After I got frustrated with Big O Refuse, I did a search for yard waste recycling and these guys were right up the street! I called them up and they said they would accept them for free. I know from past experience, some recyclers charge a fee. When I got there, I went to the office to check-in and they told me where to take them on the property. I went there twice in one day to finish up my yard stuff. The second time the girl in the office stepped out and smiled and waved me along. Be warned, there are NO paved roads and lots of dips, mud and puddles so if your car does not off-road well, you may get stuck. I did it in a 2013 Ford Taurus Limited and it handled like a champ, though the car got very muddy and required a wash after 2 trips there during the day. The gal that works in the office is pretty cute too so that helps :). Elm really made my day after my bad experience with Big O Refuse.
