The only time that Anthony responsed on time was to receive his cash requested payment. The work was done in June of 2013. Over the winter the stains started to come off. After numerous calls, Anthony did come to to look at the stain job. Stated that he had a bad batch of stain, and that he would have to do some research to fix the problem. Never saw Anthony, but did return a call in the fall, and stated that he did not know what to do. Anthony did come out to the house in early spring of 2015, and said that would fix the areas before fall. Fall came and went. Last month, we noticed a crack running the entire width of the patio. Immediately called and have left two voice mails. No response from Anthony.
Description of Work: Dug out, poured concrete, stamped concrete, and stained/ colored the stamped patterns for a patio.

It took Anthony a couple of weeks to get to the job. He would say he was coming out but would then blame the rain on why he wasn't there, even though it did not rain that day, just over cast. When they finally completed the job, it was beautiful. I was so impressed. It looked just as I had wanted it to look EXCEPT for one BIG problem. They put a huge 10" x 12" advertisement for his company in the corner of the patio. I could not believe they would ruin such a beautiful job this way. He tried to point out that on the contract the fine print states that they would do this. This infuriated me even more that he would build an escape clause into the contract. Luckily for me, I did not see or sign a contract prior to him starting the work. He agreed to mix up some concrete and fill in the advertisement (after a lengthy argument). It looks pretty crappy where he filled it in, but much better than the advertisement. He also said he would be out in a few days to seal the concrete. Six months after the job was complete, the concrete had completely faded to almost a white color. Anthony said that was because it had not been sealed and that it would be an additional $200 to seal it. I feel ripped off, but I paid him the $200 because I wanted it to look right. I will be needing more concrete work in the future, but I cannot bring myself to use these guys again. They do beautiful work, but you have to keep on them at every step of the way to do it right and make sure you cross out the part of the contract that says they can put an advertisement in your concrete.
Description of Work: They poured a 13x13 stamped/colored concrete patio. A slate design was chosen and a slate gray color was chosen.
