Description of Work: They checked out my plumbing, and they also checked a leak in my roof. They fixed the problem, but it wasn't actually a leak, so they did not charge me for that. They were professional and on time as well.

Description of Work: Asset one power washed my neighbor's yard and hosed EVERYTHING, all the dirt, mud, grime and winter's filth to my home next door. However, the next day he came back, APOLOGIZED, and fixed the issue, cleaning up everything and was truly sorry for the mistake. Everybody makes mistakes, but it takes a big person to admit, without excuse and make it right! I like that!

+ 1 moreWe were delighted with Bernie's work from start to finish. Each and every task was completed to our total satisfaction. Bernie is extremely knowledgeable in the area of just about anything around the house. He appeared to be a bit of a perfectionist, always making sure the job was done correctly, no short cuts. He used his time well and was very friendly and courteous. Bernie gave me an estimate for each task and we felt his charges were reasonable. All in all, I am certain that I will call Bernie when the next repair arises and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to my family and friends!
Description of Work: Bernie did a wide variety of tasks that needed to be done around our home. He repaired the dry wall in two different areas. One was in the garage where my son, when learning how to drive a stick shift, had gone through a section of the front wall. Bernie also replaced a piece of the garage trim around the door (again, from children cutting it too close when trying to park the car). In addition, he replaced the screening in our back screened in porch. Finally, we were having continued problems with loose towel racks in several of the bathrooms and those were repaired as well.

+ -1 moreBernie put in an outside outlet as my holiday lights were overloading the current ones and popping the breaker. It was raining, and as he went in and out, he removed his shoes so he wouldn't track in dirt. Before Bernie left he cleaned up and then showed me how to open the bubble cover and explained how the outlet itself included a breaker. We have used Bernie in the past with positive results, and have him scheduled in January for a larger job of installing porcelain tile and replacing lighting & fixtures in the master bath.

+ -1 moreThings went very well. Bernie is a true professional and did all the work in a timely manner. The only problem that we ran into was the bathroom door that was originally ordered was not correct and the door needed to be reordered, which took another week to get in. Outside of that everything ran smoothly.
Description of Work: Repaired a damaged bathroon by replacing a door, light fixture, and towel bar. In addition the bathroom was repainted. Bernie also replaced a toilet seat and repaired a towel bar in another bathroom.

+ -1 moreBernie was very punctual and courteous. He explained each step to me so he achieved the end result I was looking for. He pointed out a problem with the half bath s floor being uneven but told me not to worry it will be fixed before the tile was laid. The job took almost six days to complete but each evening Bernie made sure the areas where clean up and free of any hazards before he left for the evening. Bernie was on site as he said and one morning he surprised us by bringing us a cookie gift box. From beginning to end this project was professionally done by Asset One and I highly recommend you using Asset One.
Description of Work: Bernie removed the old flooring then laid new tile in the foyer, kitchen and half bath of my home.
