The owner of the company, Mr. Scullion, came to the house several times over the course of the winter and early spring to review proposals and make modifications based on my suggestions. The process sometimes dragged out and phone calls were often not returned promptly, but I was generally satisfied with the design and found the owner very pleasant to deal with. I was especially happy that Mr. Scullion often emphasized that he saw this project as a 'trial run' that would lead to more work in the future -- I have a big yard, and very much need help!!! The work crew was courteous and neat, and once the job was started they stayed at it until it was virtually complete -- final completion dragged out a couple of weeks and required some phone calls. The finished product added greatly to the 'street appeal' of my home, and I have received many favorable comments. The vinyl fence appears to be well-installed, but (obviously) the real test will come with freezing and thawing over the coming months. Some of the plant material needed replaced (some plants were root-bound and others were different than I had ordered and been billed for), but they did this fairly promptly. Subsequent to the completion of the job I have had some follow-up issues and I can only rate responsiveness as very, very slow. It is clear (or at least this is how it appears to me) that once my payment is full was received I was no longer considered an important return call. Most of my questions/issues have been relatively small, but customers appreciate feeling that their business is valued. This is especially disappointing since some of my calls were efforts to order more plants, and I had hoped to work with the company on other projects. These factors make me reluctant to recommend the company because I cannot be confident that they would be responsive if a major structural problem arose.

They did some work for my in-laws also. The work turned out very good. They were nice and quick and did a good job. They were punctual.

We called them out to give us a diagram to landscape our front yard. We weren't sure whether or not we would do the planting or we would let them. The salesman said he would go back to his office and draw the drawings for the front yard, and it would be back in a week. After three weeks, we called, and then waited another week, and called again, and then waited ANOTHER week, and finally we got the drawing, and it looked like he sat down and did it for only ten minutes. He had put flowers in the front yard, when I said we didn't want any flowers. My husband had decided to let them do the landscaping, but the diagram was worthless. For eighty bucks we just got about ten cents worth of paper.
