Quality work; would hire again.

It was under $200, we had got a quote from someone else and it was over $400. He came in on schedule he was done quick and had a very good price. If I could give him an A+ I would. He actually had a new technology that made him get done quicker.

We have used Rick for plumbing services in the past. He has always been excellent. He really saved us this time. Rick found time on a Saturday to look at our problem and found a way to repair a leaking drain pipe with minimal damage to the cabinets blocking access. We were envisioning spending $1500-2000 to remove cabinets and countertops to gain access to the pipe. Rick was able to gain access to the pipe and repair it for less than $200. Rick is outstanding and will continue to be our 1st choice for plumbing needs!

Rick did a great job. Very thorough and did the job right the first time. The Duke Energy inspector that came out prior to hanging the meter and starting gas service was complimentary of the quality of the work and materials used.

Rick removed our old water heater and replaced it with the installation of a tankless water heater. All work was done in one day, and we are very happy with it. Rick was recommended by a friend and we have been using him for all of our plumbing repair needs for over 5 years. Rick has always been prompt, honest, courteous, and does great work. I'd recommended him, and will continue to call on him for all our plumbing needs.

Rick responded promptly, arrived as scheduled, performed all work in a very professional manner and treated us very fairly on a couple of levels. First, his pricing was very competitive, but more importantly, he was honest in suggesting that it might not be in our best interest to have work completed that we may later find to have been unnecessary. I found Rick to be reliable, trustworthy, competent and easy to work with. He was clear about the work he would do, when it would be completed and how best to stage it. We have already requested additional services and will absolutely recommend him to our neighbors and friends.

It was excellent. He was very professional, knowledgeable, quick and clean. He showed up when he said he would. He is not cheap but the price was reasonable. We feel with the services, we got what we paid for. We would definitely use them again.

We have been using Rick Nelson plumbing for about a year. We are very pleased with the work he has done for us. He put in new plumbing in our house, ran outside plumbing, put in a pot filler and hooked up a gas stove. Rick is very friendly and on time for appointments.
