Great, Chuck was quick to respond to my request and provided a price estimate. He checked in with me to schedule his visit and verified his arrival time the morning of his visit. He worked quickly and fully cleaned up afterwards. I was very happy with the job he did and will use him again in the future.

In multiple emails, this company assumed I was seeking the lowest bid and was rude in his correspondence. This company should not assume by getting multiple quotes that there is a seeking of the lowest. Would not choose this company.

The deck, lights and foundation repair were completed. We were satisfied with those items. However the shower install- upgrade was a disaster and has now cost us a significant loss of time and money and he never even completed the project. We bought the majority of the materials and supplies for the project and now have to tear out and replace everything he did. We have since have also had to hire professionals to complete the project. When we interviewed him it appeared he had the knowledge and experience but now feel he was not the right choice for this particular project. The plumber we hired had to remove everything he Installed to complete the drainage properly. The shower pan and backer boards he installed all had to be removed and now replaced. On his behalf I will say he is nice person and his rates were reasonable

Odd Jobs Unlimited has a broad skill set in home improvement tasks. The team was professional and did a great job. They also cleaned up after themselves and trreated my home with respect. I would definitely use them again.

I am new to the area and was having a hard time trying to find a handyman to help me out with several small jobs at my new home in southern Ohio. I finally found out about Angie’s List and located Chuck at Odd Jobs Unlimited. Because of my crazy travel schedule, he was willing to meet me on a Sunday at my house. He actually showed up on time and was very professional at our first meeting. I am a contractor in another state and I could tell Chuck really knew his stuff. This made me feel extremely comfortable and I hired him on the spot. When it came time to do the work, he actually showed up on time, communicated extremely well, and did what he said he was going to do which is rare to find with contractors these days. I could not be happier with his work and the experience I had with Chuck at our jobs unlimited. Keep up the great work and thank you for everything.

Chuck did an awesome job of framing my bathroom mirror it looks so much better. I was tired of the plain look. He's very professional and explains in detail of the work. I will be calling on Chuck again.

Fantastic No thanks. I went with Chuck Courtney of Odd Jobs Unlimited LLC. Replaced a hot water heater, kitchen faucet and fix water line leak each individual service calls. I had Chuck do my bathroom remodeling which turned into a gutting. Fix original plumbing, replace vent and boot on roof, reframe 2 closets and the bathroom to replace my tub with a shower stall kit. Chuck had to remove a window/boarding up window hole. Chuck was able to move the sink to the other side of toilet and install new lighting. He had time to install my new front storm door and security lighting at the back door. Thanks Again! Ron Pelfrey

Chuck did an excellent job and his son. I can't believe how better it is to watch my TV this way. Chuck also installed my 'simple human' papertowel holder I had difficulty trying to do it myself. I appreciate Chuck for doing this. I'll be calling Chuck again really soon. He's really nice with a great personality. Thank You so much
