Frameless Shower Doors by Cincinnati Glass

Horrible experience. They do not show up for appointments and do not return any phone calls.

I called an received an initial quote over the phone. Upon receiving the quote, I arranged a time for a representative to come out to my house to verify measurements and to provide me with an official quote. The representative did not show up due to "being tied up in traffic." I re-scheduled the appointment for the very next day and the representative did not show up nor did he call. The next day I left a message with the company requesting that they give me a call to re-schedule the appointment. The company did not return my call.

The mirrors were good. There was a mistake but they fixed it. They knocked off about 10% because they made a mistake.

I had trouble with the installation. Jim, the owner, took care to make everything right. I now have a shower door I love. Thank you Jim.

Very difficult to contact, waited over 2 months before job was complete. Was led to believe the work was being donated to make up for unresponsiveness. Following my initial review on Angie's list I received several very unprofessional texts . Very disappointing I did not pay for this service as I was never billed

It went great. The added $500 was well worth it. He was able to install it without drilling holes on the curb using a bonding technology instead of screws to the curb. This gave me peace of mind that the granite curb would not be cracked during install. Secondly the quality of a frameless enclosure far exceeds that of a stock framed enclosure and looks very expensive. The glass is 3/8" thick and the overall design quality is far superior. Lastly, to have installed the box store enclosure myself would have meant countless screws to fasten the enclosure to tile and granite....the time, risk of cracking, and risk of a shoddy job was easily offset by the price. Other's have posted a B on pricing for Cincy glass. For a shower enclosure they're definitely an A. Aside from that mentioned above I loosely called around about a labor/material install and was quoted a minimum of $600 more for the same job, and I am not sure they were planning to provide a frameless design. Jim was professional, timely, and courteous...way more professional than I had anticipated any glass contractor to be. I would recommend Cincinnati Glass Contractors LLC.
